Thanksgiving is a time to spend with friends and family while eating some delicious food. Got organic, right? Unfortunately, physical activity and healthy eating are placed pretty far down the list of priorities. Here are a few simple ways you can incorporate exercise... Remember, it's the start that stops most people! 2013's gonna rock! I'm off to shoot the turkey!
