CHOCOLATE! As Good for You as Exercise?

Hey, it's Marco! Bout time baby! Gimme some chocolate! Scientists have found that small amounts of dark chocolate may improve health in a similar way to exercise. These findings were published today in the Journal of Physiology. The scientists hope their research will lead to better ways of combating age-related muscle wasting...by eating more chocolate! Now, that's what I'm talkin' about! Think I'll have some brownies...
