Let Meditation Break The Vicious Cycle of Worry. Now.
Please know this... it makes no sense to worry about the things we have no control over because if we have no control over something, why worry about it. And it makes no sense to worry about the things we do have control over because if we do have control over something, why worry about it. So tell me, what's there to worry about? There goes everything that is possible to worry about. Either you have control or you don't, and worry is just a waste of your precious, present moments.
Still worried ?

Introduction to 101 Miracles of Natural Healing - Chi Lel Qigong
A daily practice of meditation will lead you through the portals of stress and into a more centered serene mind as you continue the practice, and this practice does not interfere with any religion’s ideology or practice.
The Indian mystic Meher Baba often said “… do your best and don’t worry, be happy.” This means undertake tasks calmly and cheerfully without expectations of reward and/or fearing consequences despite the madness of our current world. Cheers!

Sex and Meditation Have Similar Effects on the Brain! WOW!
Art: Visionarium, by Tantra Bensko
Hey, it's Marco! A recent study suggests that the way the human brain reacts to sex is very similar to the way it reacts to the practice of meditation. And it turns out that the effects of both activities are quite beneficial. I'll say... Researcher Gemma O’Brien at the School of Biological, Biomedical and Molecular Sciences at the University of New England discovered that the experiences of meditation and orgasm both activate the same areas of the brain, resulting in quieting of the mind, “diminution of self-awareness” and “alterations in bodily perception.” I'll have what Gemma is having!
PS! Wonder what would happen if I had sex "while" meditating... Guess I'll have to try it! Sorry!! Gotta Go! Honey! Where are you? And where's the whip cream! "OHMMMMMMmmmmmmm!"

GRATITUDE ROCKS!
Hey, it's Marco! Did you know that people who practice daily gratitude feel better about their lives as a whole, exercise more regularly, and are more optimistic about the future? When you live your life with gratitude, it is much easier to enjoy the spirit of giving. The simple practice of giving thanks each day will help you to create a continuous cycle of positivity, happiness and health. Thanks Marco! What may I do to help create a healthier, happier and more peaceful world? How about...this month, take time to recognize the daily fortunes in your life and pay it forward. By embracing both gratitude and generosity, together we will create positive change in our own lives and throughout the world. Here are five agreements to help you along your journey:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally.
3. Don't Make Assumptions.
4. Always Do Your Best.
5. Be Skeptical, but Learn to Listen.
Want to know more?
Be Impeccable With Your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
Don't Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
Don't Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
Be Skeptical, But Learn To Listen: Understand that everyone has his or her own perspective and agenda reflected in their words. It is up to us to discern the truth behind the words, but always to be respectful of another's right to his or her views, even if we don't share them. Each of us is the artist of our own life, the director of our own play, and we can make it an adventure or a drama - heaven or hell, it's up to us. And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

EMBRACING SILENCE!
Hey, it's Marco! ‘Tis the season when we really need a moment of silence. It’s also the season when we really have to work to make sure we get one. At a time we traditionally devote to loving, giving, and gratitude, the quiet and peace we need to appreciate our gifts seems all too elusive. Try to give yourself the gift of silence now and then during the holiday hubbub so you have a chance to really enjoy the experience of celebration. It’s when you merge into the silence and become one with it that you reconnect to your Source and know the peacefulness that is God. “Be still and know that I am God,” says the Old Testament. The key words are still and know. Mother Teresa described silence and its relationship to God by saying, “God is the friend of silence. See how nature—trees, grass, grow in silence; see the stars, the moon, and the sun, how they move in silence…. We need silence to be able to touch souls.”
Everything that’s created comes out of silence. Your thoughts emerge from the nothingness of silence. Your words come out of this void. Your very essence emerged from emptiness. All creativity requires some stillness. Your sense of inner peace depends on spending some of your life energy in silence to recharge your battery, remove tension and anxiety, reacquaint you with the joy of knowing God, and feel closer to all of humanity. Going into the quiet and listening will heal and inspire you. In silence, you make your personal and conscious contact with God. As Melville reminded us, “God’s one and only voice is silence.”
May the voice of silence bring you peace this holiday season. Thank you Dr. Wayne Dyer! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!
