Meat – the original superfood! Just not too much!!
Hey, it's Marco! Burgers tonight baby! Fire up the grill! Yes, it's true. I eat meat, but only once or twice a month. Anytime I have beef, I always eat at least two pounds of veggies that day and at my age, not that I'm old...I up the fiber! It works for me! But never, ever never any of that fast food crap! Everybody has an opinion, and that's mine! At least I can still see my abs! Can you?
