GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"

The Power of Words

Transformational Vocabulary..

Sometimes we are moved by the things we don’t say aloud. Sometimes it’s just a matter of perspective. Well, this truly inspiring video says a lot without saying anything at all.

IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU

A guy named Shane made this video. It is heart-wrenching and poignant in what it achieves.

Shane’s true love died, and what happened next is heart-breaking and, unfortunately, real.
In Shane’s words: “It has been said that sharing personal stories is one of the most effective ways to change people’s hearts and minds. This is my story and I hope you are inspired to share it with others.”

PS: I'm shocked that so many people can't understand human emotion but seem to know SO MUCH about 'God' & how gays are 'sinners'

Let's clear some things up:

1. Your sexuality is NOT a choice.

2. The idea of a 'God' was most likely though up by humans at some point in history. (but I still believe)
I am not a homosexual but it is obvious something needs to change, this is the 21st century there shouldn't be laws against love, I fully support your cause & I'm so sorry for the loss of Tom.

3. I thought marriage was about love..

THE PATHWAY TO HAPPINESS

HAPPY THANKSGIVING Btw! Successful people had a moment where they had a decision to make. A fork in the road. Go left or go right. The question is…how did they do it in the face of the ridicule of friends and family? In the face of what seemed like insurmountable fear and numerous obstacles? You’re about to find out.

TREES AND MY HEALTH? YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING...

Marco here! Scientists in Japan have been learning a lot in recent years about the relaxing effects of forests and trees on mental and physical health. Based on their findings, some local governments are promoting "forest therapy."

Experience shows that the scents of trees, the sounds of brooks and the feel of sunshine through forest leaves can have a calming effect, and the conventional wisdom is right, said Yoshifumi Miyazaki, director of the Center for Environment Health and Field Sciences at Chiba University.

ARE YOU PREPARED? DEATH'S COMING!

Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.

Hey, it's Marco! There are many important events throughout our life that require a great deal of preparation: marriage, the birth of a child, moving to a new home, taking on a new job or business, etc. The most important event in our life, however, is our physical death – the end of our life when our physical body can no longer support our spirit. It is also an event that we have little or no control over. We cannot prevent it. At best, we might possibly delay it for a short period of time (although even that point is debatable, see Psalms 139:16, above). Death is a certainty, and it is not very predictable. After our body dies, we go on living into eternity. And yet an event as important as this seldom gets the attention in preparation that other less important major events in our life receive... Remember, there's a reason the first three letters in funeral are FUN!
