Dear Human,

Someday you will die and leave this earth behind. But on all the others days you won't. So live them. Live them like the priceless gift they are. Live each new today with eyes wide open. See the beauty. Focus on the good. Feel the sun, snow, wind, rain and elements of your planet on your skin. Walk your feet upon earth's ground. Star gaze. Climb trees. Go for drives. Look at other peoples homes and say to yourself, "There are people living their lives in there." Be aware that every person in humanity is going through their own thing. Be thankful. See your blessings, not only your problems.

Someday you are going to die. True. But on all the other days you will not.

Dr. Wayne Dyer: Still Missin' My Man ! Rest in Peace dear Friend...


A Tribute to Wayne Dyer

There have been many spiritual gurus, but none have touched as many lives as Wayne. Here's what I learned from him:

1) He measured his success not by the money he made but by the lives he touched.
2) He lived as if no one was watching, and simultaneously as if everyone was watching; blending selfish joy and selfless service as if they were the same currency.
3) He treated everyone as family and willingly took on the role of surrogate father, as well as a spiritual guide to his millions of grateful followers.
4) He never cared what people thought about him, while he simultaneously changed what people thought. In retrospect, I can now see that he boldly took great satisfaction from his ability to do that.
5) He lived a richly abundant life, while living it simply, worrying less about profits and keenly focused on the purpose of his work.
6) To him, life itself was the gift, and love was the only reward worth seeking.
7) He made the most mundane facts interesting, and simplified the complicated nature of spiritual awareness, which enhanced his charm as he brought us all closer to God.
8) He lived his life so authentically that you felt as if you were always seeing who was in EVERY minute, sort of blurring the lines between reality and fiction right before your very eyes.
9) It was never clear who his REAL family and friends were, because in his mind there was hardly a difference, yet he fiercely dedicated his life to a small circle of loyal family and friends, as he opened his world (and even his home) to a barrage of strangers.
10) Finally he pushed the boundaries of life itself, never accepting anything at face value, always searching for meaning, and always, always, believing that miracles would show up exactly on time.
Thanks Wayne for leaving a little part of yourself in each of us. Thank you for the gift of your dharma and for the volumes of work that have forever changed our ability to see the face of God in ourselves and in every one else. In your honor I commit to "see the light in others and will act as if that is all I see."

The Four Agreements are:

1. Be Impeccable with your Word:
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.

Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Don't get caught on the "Regret" Train. See you in a few months..

I would like for you to think for a few moments about the worst thing that has or might happen in your life. Now, depending on where you are in life, that might vary a lot. You might think that losing a promotion, breaking up with your significant other, losing your job or even the death of a very special person in your life would be the worst thing that could possibly happen to you.

But let's fast forward a bit, to a time none of us really wants to think about. Although we all know that death is a natural part of the cycle of life, we all like to put off thoughts of death. But think about when you are near the end. That is when you will get a very clear perspective on the worst possible thing that could happen in your life.

I do not pretend to be a fortune teller, but I do believe I can tell you what will be the worst thing that can happen. When you are near the end, unless you are quite different from the majority of people, you will look back on your life with some regret. And unfortunately, it will be too late. There will be nothing you can do about it.

What will you regret? For some, it will be that you did not spend enough time with your loved ones. For some, it will be the opportunities you let slip by: opportunities to make new friends, to help others, to make a difference in life. It may have been the new business you did not start or the places you did not go. I cannot tell you specifically what you will regret, but I can tell you that will be the most gut wrenching thing you will face.

If this is so important, then why do we let opportunities slip away? Well, as the current cliché goes, life gets in the way. We get caught up in the urgent activities that we must do each day and fail to give enough time and attention to what is important in life. We become a slave to the urgent.

And of course, the other reason is fear. We fear stepping out of our comfort zone. We fear that if we take a chance, if we try something new and different, if we decide to really make a difference in the world, we will fail. The truth is just the opposite; we fail when we don't even try.

Often, we do not have to face that failure to try until we no longer have the opportunity to try. That is where the regret comes from: knowing that we had an opportunity for our lives to be different and we did not even try. And when we are near the end, that is when regret will really haunt us.

But there is a cure. You do not need to go through life knowing at the end you will be burdened with regret. Just take the time now to decide on what is important in your life - and then set aside the time to do the important things. Decide to make a difference in life. Life is for living, exploring, growing and becoming all you can be. Life is for fully developing your unique self. There will come a day when you will no longer have the time or opportunity to do certain things. Then you will only have regret. To me, that would be the worst thing that could possibly happen in life.

FYI... People Today Are Metabolically Less Healthy Than Their Parents

Life expectancy at birth rose by a few years for both men and women in the last two decades of the 20th century. This has come at an enormous cost in the quality of life of our elders, for they are suffering with more pain and greater disability than ever before in last 15 years of life. People globally are living longer but chronic debilitating conditions are becoming more prevalent. What does this mean? Get your ass to the gym and start eating real food! Learn to breathe. Have great sex, even if it's by yourself. Relax. Learn yoga. Let go of all the BS in your life. Stop taking things personally. Hate nothing or no one. Hang out with your kids, grand kids, the neighbor's kids, the dog, the Wife, the Husband, do something, move, get a life, read a book, just stop bitchin' and complainin'! Life's too short to live a long nasty life. That'll be $35.00. Just fax over the ca$h. I won't spend it. Ellen! Save me...

LIFE! WILL WE GET A "DO OVER?"


Hey, it's Marco! Reincarnation is the belief that the soul is reborn repeatedly. (No wonder I'm so tired...) When one body wears out, it is cast off like a garment and soon another one is put on. You will find a thorough discussion of reincarnation in the Bible, the Jewish Kabbalah and early Christianity in the book The Mystic Christ. Now listen, I have spent the past year searching for evidence supportive of reincarnation, something that would be considered ‘scientific’, and that would establish, once and for all, that reincarnation happens as claimed. Specifically, I’m looking for the answers to two questions:

What causes reincarnation?
What verifiable scientific evidence is available to prove reincarnation?

Can anyone help me out here? I know that we can't prove it real, however, wouldn't it be nice to come back and do life all over again?! Isn't this FUN? The only reason I'm searching is because since I was a little boy, I've always known that I lived in Egypt! No, I wasn't a King, I was a worker bee, with muscles! Somebody, please call my doctor!
