GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"
Peace/Love and Hugs!

SMOOTHIE RECIPES: Think Delicious!

Marco here. I've been blending smoothies since before I was born! Here's a couple of really awesome smoothie recipes for ya: You'll need the Ninja Blender...

Coco Mango:

Artisana Organic Coconut Butter (tablespoon, big one) Good Fat
One half frozen mango
One half frozen banana
One scoop of Vega or Sun Warrior Protein
Small handful of real unpasteurized raw almonds
One capful of flaxseed oil
Blend with 8-12 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
A little stevia if needed (totally optional)

Believe me, this is tasty!

Avo-Coco:

One whole small avocado
One half banana
Small handful of pecans
Frozen blueberries or strawberries
Capful of flax seed oil
One organic egg
Quarter cup of Red Mill organic oatmeal
Blend in unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Stevia optional
I add a big dash of cayenne pepper in mine...

You can play with these recipes by adding a scoop of greens (Macro Greens, Greens Plus etc) or if you're looking to add a couple of pounds, toss in a small scoop of organic cream cheese, greek yogurt, pizza! whatever... These are a great way to start your day. And they're darn good too! Stay tuned, I'll post some killer veggies juice smoothie recipes.. Until then, gotta work all night! I'm just the Warehouse Guy!

That’s Right,”Go Suck a Real Lemon!”

Hey, it's Marco! Did you know that a proper diet also requires we ingest more bitter and sour! (And I'm not talkin' marriage!!) Sour taste stimulates digestion, helps circulation and elimination, energizes the body, strengthens the heart, relieves thirst, maintains acidity, sharpens the senses, and helps extract minerals such as iron from food. With that in mind, let’s look closer at the reasons why we should all be adding lemons to our regular diet...

Fruit for Breakfast? Are yooo "stupid" or sumpthin??

5 A Day Made Easy
Hey, it's Marco! Here's the deal! Starting in the morning, have nothing but organic fruit and/or organic home made fruit juice until noon! (None of that store bought crap that's been pasteurized!) Eat as much as you want, no limits, have a little water if you want. Try it for seven days. One week. It'll take a little getting used to, but believe me, just do it. Then, on the eighth day, have your normal breakfast, and tell me what happens! Tell me what happens...

Does Fruit Really Make You Fat?

Hey, it's Marco! I must have missed that meeting! Some "fruit" out there with a Ph.D telling you what and when to eat. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having some fruit! Just don't eat food with watermelon,  unless you want to taste last night's turkey leg! I've been eating fruit all of my life and I'm no where near being overweight, not even a little...I usually eat fruit by itself or after a run or post workout! Ok, I'm lyin'! While I do eat fruit by itself, I also blend it with anything and everything! Try some frozen bananas, some oatmeal, some walnuts, and peanut butter in a protein shake with a dash of stevia and cinnamon! (yeah, with this drink, I'll add a digestive enzyme/Life's short!) Now, there is a reason or two that you may want to consider not eating fruit, you know, if you have a nasty diet, you're too acidic, etc. but we'll save that post for later.
