Woman! Where's my damn Prozac?

How Pharmaceutical Companies Are Suppressing Data About The Effectiveness And Safety Of Antidepressant Drugs While The FDA Looks The Other Way

We are being lied to.  Our health and safety are being compromised by dangerous antidepressant drugs and the wealthy corporate giants that peddle them.
Just a few weeks ago, an alarming report was released by the acclaimed New England Journal Of Medicine proving once again that the pharmaceutical industry has entirely too much influence in Washington, D.C. and specifically with the Food and Drug Administration.

In short, the report shows the effectiveness of antidepressant drugs has been severely overhyped.  It turns out the pharmaceutical companies that produce antidepressant drugs are publishing the results of only positive clinical trial data in medical journals while suppressing all the negative data.  In cases where negative clinical study data is published, the negative parts are being rewritten to appear positive or simply being omitted altogether.

DEPRESSED? DON'T TAKE THESE!

Hey, it's Marco! It’s bad enough that antidepressants don’t work. But the fact that Big Pharma has known all along has now been proven. It took a Freedom of Information Act request to get the data, but now that we have it, there is no way that the mass use of antidepressants can possibly be justified, especially in light of the massive amount of harm they do.
Irving Kirsch of Harvard Medical School has studied the placebo effect for over 30 years. He requested the data for studies that had not been published. When those results were added in, almost no benefit could be shown for antidepressants...
Told ya!

Making a Killing: The Untold Story of Psychotropic Drugging - Full Movie...

This video provides the facts about psychotropic drugs and the huge profits they create for the pharmaceutical industry. These drugs are not safe and have not been on the market long enough to provide sufficient long term studies regarding their effects. These drugs do cause addiction, however most "doctors" would call this dependence because you do not have to take an increasing dose over time. They are completely fine with you being addicted to the same amount of any given drug on a daily basis. Over half of the people that commit suicide in the United States are prescribed to psychotropic drugs. (Ex: Paxil (Paroxetine), Zoloft (Sertraline), Prozac, Wellbutrin (Bupropion), Effexor, Seroquil, Ultram (Tramadol), etc.)

25 Shocking Facts That Prove That The Entire U.S. Health Care Industry Has Become One Giant Money Making Scam

Hey, it's Marco! 'What is the appropriate word to use when you find out that the top executive at the third largest health insurance company in America raked in 68.7 million dollars in 2010?  How is one supposed to respond when one learns that more than two dozen pharmaceutical companies make over a billion dollars in profits each year?"

WHY ANTIDEPRESSANTS DON'T WORK! There has to be a better way...

Hey, it's Marco! (ok, you know that by now...) Personally, I've never believed in pharmaceuticals, however, I know some fine folks out there in "Loony Land," that can't seem to get thru the day without them. No problems here! Aren't drugs designed to keep you "hooked" for a lifetime? Some days I wish I was on something! But alas! Not going there! Thank Heaven for meditation! I don't recall anyone committing suicide from relaxing the monkey mind! Crazy, beautiful and loving world out there! Why would anyone want to depressed? Way too much to do and be thankful for as far as I'm concerned...but who I am but some guy with a dream...and a darn good drummer I might add! Where is my daughter by the way...

Antidepressants for everyone! It's a party now!

Hey, it's Marco! Are you really depressed or just dissatisfied with your current situation? If you are truly depressed, by all means, please speak with someone that may offer suggestions to help you with your current state of mind! As I see it, if you need a drug...listen, we all have issues and challenges! All of us! It's how we handle them that makes us who we are! If you walk thru life looking for a reason to be offended, you'll find one! If you feel you have the right to be depressed, what purpose are you serving? Everything is mental! Never chase happiness because you'll never find it! Happiness just "is!" The next time you "notice" you're depressed, go to the mirror and make silly outrageous faces for at least ten minutes! I guarantee you'll crack up laughing! Then ask this question: "Is the noticer depressed?" Or drop me a line! We'll work it out! (Money and Donations are not accepted!) Think Fun, think happy, think chocolate! YUM!
