Note! many of the exercises shown in this video are highly advanced so if you’re just starting out you may want to stick to the basic exercises at first (i.e. basic push-up variations, mountain climbers, basic grip pull-ups/chins, burpees, rope work, etc) and slowly work your way up to the more challenging stuff later. Now, here's the deal... Just get started! Remember, it's the start that stops most people!
