GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"
Peace/Love and Hugs!

Protein: An Inconvenient Truth

Possibly one of the darkest educational films of the 1950's; this is an excerpt of a much longer film. It features a creepy milk man lecturing some zombie school children along with a very disturbing possessed alien puppet named "Mr. Half-Pint" about the benefits of drinking white white milk.

The Two Raw Milks in America Organic Pastures Dairy

Hey, it's Marco! This incredible video features Mark McAfee, owner of Organic Pastures Dairy in California, one of the nation’s largest and most reputable raw milk producers.  Organic Pastures’ raw milk is sold all over California on grocery store shelves. Take a look at this video in which Mark explains the huge and critical difference between raw milk produced “clean and green” from healthy cows on pasture and  the pus filled raw milk from unhealthy cows (with chronic mastitis .. that is where all the pus comes from, by the way) living in mud and manure – this is the raw milk headed for the pasteurization plants and the stuff the FDA would have you believe is safe to drink instead of the clean and green raw milk.
What would you rather drink?  I’ll take clean and green raw milk, thank you! Pasteurized pus milk from sick cows living in filth is not my thing. And, if you currently buy the pasteurized pus product from the store and don’t believe that this is true, then you need to wake up and smell the manure, my Friend.
