THANKS, THAT'LL BE A $15.00, CO PAY PLEASE!
Don’t you fall for it! Almost every day, I’m seeing new stories about misled people who roll up their sleeves for that “safe” vaccine… and then pass out, get sick or even die. Let’s get real here and look at the facts, not media hysterics. A 14-year-old athlete in Virginia can barely walk after his swine flu shot. He’s struggling with Guillain-Barre syndrome after his vaccine. A young woman in France is facing the same battle – again, right after a swine flu shot. By some estimates, there was an eight-fold increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare and debilitating autoimmune disorder that can lead to paralysis and death, after the 1976 swine flu vaccination panic .Are we facing the same thing now? It’s hard to say, but clearly something is going on with these dangerous needles. In China, two people dropped dead right after getting vaccinated. In New York, nurses gave swine flu shots to at least two kids without permission from their parents – sending one of the kids, a 6-year-old epileptic, to the hospital. And U.S. medical workers are fighting courtroom battles to protect their rights and avoid mandatory flu shots. The contradictions here are endless. On the one hand, the Centers for Disease Control has advised against testing for H1N1 flu since July .On the other, a new swine flu detection test was just given fast-track approval by the FDA. The CDC says we don’t need to count individual cases anymore… yet everywhere you turn, there are new numbers being tossed around from all directions. How do we know people are sick if we’re not counting them? Why do we need a new and unproven test for the disease if we no longer need to test for it? Now, Big Pharma is saying maybe people only need half a dose of the swine flu vaccine to get full protection… after telling some people they’d need as many as two or even three doses (Side note: I’ll bet my new skateboard you’ll pay just as much for that half a dirty dose as you do a full one) Plenty of people have already gotten that now-excessive full dose… with many children getting two shots. Does that mean they’ve gotten quadruple what they need? Yes, there’s a lot more to this picture than they’re letting any of us see… and it may be years before the truth finally comes out. You've been warned! Happy Thanksgiving and a $15.00 co pay please...And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

GRATITUDE ROCKS!
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally.
3. Don't Make Assumptions.
4. Always Do Your Best.
5. Be Skeptical, but Learn to Listen.
Want to know more?
Be Impeccable With Your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
Don't Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
Don't Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
Be Skeptical, But Learn To Listen: Understand that everyone has his or her own perspective and agenda reflected in their words. It is up to us to discern the truth behind the words, but always to be respectful of another's right to his or her views, even if we don't share them. Each of us is the artist of our own life, the director of our own play, and we can make it an adventure or a drama - heaven or hell, it's up to us. And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Hey! Call your Doctor before exercising!! Really!?
Hey! It's Marco! Did you ever notice in most health and fitness literature the disclaimer that reads something like: "Before starting any fitness program, consult your Physician?" It appears that we can be sued for trying to help someone get into shape. Give me a break! Are people so out of shape that it takes a Doctor to tell them to get off their ass and move? It's certainly okay for me to invite someone over to watch the game and offer them alcohol, chips and dip, donuts, pizza with greasy sausage, unhealthy pizza crust and bottom of the barrel cheese! Oh! And let's wash it down with some diet soda. But let me show someone how to do a push up and have them get hurt (idiots) and it's perfectly alright for them to sue me. Why can't we sue someone for helping us have a heart attack? Well, let me give you two secret weapons that will help you get in shape and get healthy! And no one can sue me for having you enjoy these things...Attitude and Determination! Having a great attitude will allow you to see the good in everything and be thankful for it! Determination will get you through all the BS! (Belief Systems) Determination will get you through the hard times! You deserve to have a great life and excellent health! What are you going to do about it? Don't tell me, show me and I'll know just how serious you are! From this moment on, never say "I have got to go workout." Say this instead..."I get to go workout!" Turn your "I gots" into "I get." Feel the difference? Great! Now GO...BE...DO! You were born perfect! Stop destroying it! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

What else can we do with Pumpkin??

Hey, it's Marco! This Halloween, scrap the jack-o'-lanterns and save your tricks for the kitchen! The sweet, fibrous flesh of autumn pumpkins begs to be roasted, steamed, mashed, and stewed! (Or you can always have one of my favorites, the old "pumpkin toss!) Just don't hurt anyone! Nutritionally speaking, they're hard to beat, topping the list of super foods with plenty of protein, fiber, vitamin C, potassium and beta-carotene. Plus, they're low in calories! and did i mention they are LOW in calories...(just 49 per cup!) Ooh! That's low! Pumpkins are the perfect anchor for any vegetarian meal or they can be used for a great side dish! Just don't eat them with meat! Pumpkin and steak? Er, I'm not buyin' it! And the two really wouldn't digest that well together anyway. Oh! And given that pumpkins have such a tough outer shell means that they'll stay fresh for months! So go ahead and carve away but please save a couple and eat em! And they're really great with sea salt! You ever have a pumpkin, banana protein shake? Yummy! Don't count the days, make the days count!

This just in! "DO IT YOURSELF FLU SHOTS!" Yippieeeee!
Talk about setting the bar low -- the flu shot itself is only barely effective in the best of times, and completely ineffective the rest of the time. I wouldn't brag about matching that.
The researchers say their do-it-yourself vaccinations will bring the shot to more people by doing away with the worst part of the experience: the needle.
But who are they kidding? The worst part of the shot isn't the sting of the needle -- it's what's inside it, because these vaccinations can leave you in a world of hurt whether you feel that prick or not.
Ordinary flu shots come with a risk of fever, rash, hives and seizures. What's more, most of them contain the dangerous toxin mercury. Yes! Mercury is still in the flu shot!
If that's not bad enough, all you need to do is look at what happened during last year's mass public health experiment: Patients given the swine flu vaccine passed out, got sick and even dropped dead.
And in addition to all the usual flu shot risks, the new patch comes with a bonus: The microneedles are made of polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone, or PVP. An allergic reaction to PVP can lead to anaphylactic shock.
So whether it's delivered in a needle, patch, bubble gum or kick to the head, do yourself a favor -- and skip the vaccine. Vitamin D-3 is so much better for ya! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Six Benefits of coconut milk. Yummy!
- It is good for the health of your skin and hair. It is widely used as a base in many cosmetic applications and products like hair oil and skin moisturizers. It is an excellent hydrant.
- It is rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants help the body to hold against ageing, sagging of the skin, poor vision and low bone density.
- Presence of lauric acid in coconut milk renders anti fungal, anti bacterial and anti viral properties to it. The effect is that it is excellent when it comes to fighting infections.
- It is good for the heart too. The lauric acid present in it, helps to unclog the arteries.
- In spite of the fact that coconut milk contains saturated fats, it helps in weight loss too. The fat consists of short chain and medium chain fatty acids as a result the body converts it into energy and does not store the same as fat.
- In addition to all of the above, it also aids in digestion and is also used as a laxative.
- It taste darn good when mixed with a banana, an avocado, some blueberries, a little stevia, a few almonds and a some organic Artisana coconut butter! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Yes! It's okay to EAT for pleasure! =)
I can't help but laugh when I hear these so-called "nutrition experts" insist, "Food should be used only as fuel for the body. That's silly and it's not realistic.
I wholeheartedly believe that you should enjoy food, and it should be a pure pleasure. There's absolutely no reason you shouldn't look forward to your meals and count on them to help you feel good. A delicious dinner can settle your nerves after a hectic day. A great breakfast can lift your mood and help you get ready to take on the day ahead. And a sweet, satisfying dessert can put a smile on your face. It does mine! (And you don't have to eat it all...)
There's really no reason not to honor the tradition of making food a part of the process of celebrating holidays, birthdays and special occasions as well. I think it's perfectly fine to reach for a bowl of chicken soup when your body's aching and you're feeling under the weather too.
Eat for Life, eat for nutrition, eat for health and eat for enjoyment. You'll certainly feel and look better as well! Make sure you're getting plenty of fruits and veggies. Make sure you're getting plenty of water! I'm using EVOLV Water! (More on that later...) Great nutrition will keep your body in motion! And a body in motion tends to stay in motion! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Lesson for the Guys! Fire Viagra!
Hey! It's Marco. Did you know as we men approach 40, our serum testosterone level is half of what it was at 20. Yikes! We begin to lose our muscle mass, our sex drive AND we begin to lose our overall energy. Look around at all your FAT buddies! When we do want to have sex (With our significant other of course...) our erections are not what they used to be and although we hate to admit it, we slowly become less of a man than we once were. Imagine unlocking a car door with a wet noodle...But wait! Our doctors have the answer! Really? Yes! Viagra and Cialis! Just eat it like candy! Why? Because they get huge kickbacks from the pharmaceutical companies! Why don’t the doctors just treat the underlying cause of the problem? Duh! Because testosterone in what is a bio-identical hormone, is naturally occurring and therefore not patentable. Without a patentable drug there is no money in it for the drug companies. So who’s best interest is your doctor looking out for?
I am 45 years old now and have been using 1cc of testosterone cypionate each week for over a year now. I honestly feel like I am in my 20’s again. My muscle mass is as good as it was in college, my sex drive has never been better, and my energy level is fantastic! And the best thing is I see no evidence of any decline in the years to come. How do you think these movie stars stay so young? Have you seen pictures of Stallone at 60? Well there is the big, ole fat head...but that's a different story. I have recommended this hormone replacement to many men I know with unbelievable results. This is the best anti-ageing program available for men. Of course with proper nutrition!
Men, don’t sell yourself short. You can feel young again if you just do a little homework on this subject. If your own doctor is too hard headed to help you, there are hormone replacement specialist online that can answer questions for you. You only have one life to live. This will be the best decision you ever made! Absolutely, positively, guaranteed! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Here is the secret to winning the battle. Put your actions ahead of your feelings. These 3 bullies prey on your feelings. Force yourself to act differently than you feel and the bullies cannot survive. The bullies only win if you let them.

CAT PHILOSOPHY SCHOOL?
Hey! It's Marco! There was an old wise cat and a small kitten in an alleyway. The old alleycat saw the kitten chasing its tail and asked, “Why are you chasing your tail?”
To it the kitten replied, “I’ve been attending cat philosophy school and I have learned that the most important thing for a cat is happiness, and that happiness is my tail. Therefore, I am chasing it: and when I catch it, I shall have happiness forever.”
Laughing, the wise old alley cat replied, “My son, I wasn’t lucky enough to go to school, but as I’ve gone through life, I too have realised that the most important thing for a cat is happiness, and indeed that it is located in my tail. The differece I’ve found though is that whenever I chase after it, it keeps running away from me, but when I go about my business and live my life, it just seems to follow after me wherever I go. This my friend is living from the inside out! Lesson learned...Never let your outer world affect your inner world! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

The battle inside your head!
Hey! It's Marco. "One evening a Cherokee elder told his grandson about the battle that goes on inside of people. He said, ‘My son, the battle is between the two ‘wolves’ that live inside us all. One is Unhappiness. It is fear, worry, anger, jealousy, sorrow, self-pity, resentment, and inferiority. The other is Happiness. It is joy, love, hope, serenity, kindness, generosity, truth, and compassion.’ The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, ‘Which wolf wins?’ The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.“ I love this! Which one are you feeding??? And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

TWELVE HEALTHY THOUGHTS!
*As I see it, there is probably a God and a devil and obviously people. Giving credit to God when something good happens or blaming the devil when something bad happens in your life, shifts personal responsibility. You are accountable for you.
*Never elevate your voice at home or in public unless it is an emergency. A loud person in quiet places is rarely appreciated and shows disrespect to others. It is best to leave their company.
*Raising your voice in frustration or anger is the sign of a weak mind. To argue in an emotional state is fruitless. Walk away and return when you have calmed down and can think clearly.
*When you consume anything in excess that is harmful to the body, do not question your health when it finally collapses. Even after learning to manage your addictions the ramifications to your health may not come to light right away.
*It is good to laugh at others once you have learned to laugh at yourself. Even then you may only laugh with them, but never at anyone else. Foolish behavior is unbecoming to all.
*Life is filled with learning opportunities. If you do not learn something new on a daily basis, you are doing something wrong. Continual learning stimulates the brain which may have health benefits as we age!
*Never harbor resentment or anger towards another person for not looking at life the same way as you. Negative emotions erode your body's energy and will cause poor health by stresssing the internal systems.
*If you have an extra dollar and wish to donate to a charity, think twice. Instead, give the contribution directly to someone you know personally that is in need ot it. That is always best.
*There are no problems in life, just tasks that require solutions. The word problem suggests that something is bigger than you can handle. All can be dealt with, however some issues may require more time.
*Media, containing adult material must be kept out of the reach of children. A child's innocence is sacred. They should not be exposed to the vices of this world until they have reached proper maturity.
*Care not what others think of you. Your energy will make others notice you. Some, because you demand respect will bow, the envious and insecure will either hang their heads in shame or challenge you.
*There are no Gods, devils and demons making decisions for you. Only people influence and corrupt. Religion, mythology, dogma and belief have their foundations in both truth and the herding of cattle. Be NOT a follower, be a LEADER!
Twelve things, twelve thoughts to ponder...and remember, don't count the days, make the days count! Now go exercise!

NOT READING THIS, COULD KILL YOU!
With shaking hands, Grommet lit his first cigarette of the day. He didn't question the message. You don't question messages like that. His only question was, "Who?"
At breakfast as he salted his fried eggs and buttered his toast, he told his wife, Gratia, "Someone is trying to kill me." "Who?" she asked with horror.
Grommet slowly stirred the cream and sugar into his coffee and shook his head, "I don't know," he said. Convinced though he was, Grommet wasn't going to the police with his story. He decided his only course was to go about his daily routine and hope to somehow outwit his would be murderer. He tried to think on the drive to the office. But the frustration of making time by beating lights and switching lanes occupied him wholly. Nor, once behind his desk, could he think a moment what with jangling phones, urgent memos and the problems and decisions piling in as they did each day.
It wasn't until his second martini at lunch that the full terror of his position struck him. It was all he could do to finish his Lasagna Milanese. "I can't panic," he said to himself, lighting his cigar. "I simply must live my life as usual."
So he worked until seven as usual. Drove home fast as usual. Studied business reports as usual. And he took his usual two Seconal capsules in order to get his usual six hours sleep. As days passed, the man fully stuck to his routine. And as the months went by, he began to take a perverse pleasure in his ability to survive.
"Whoever's trying to get me," he'd say proudly to his wife, "hasn't got me yet. I'm too smart for him."
"Oh, please be careful," she'd reply, ladling him a second helping of beef stroganoff. The pride grew as he managed to go on living for years.
But as it must to all men, death came at last to Grabwell. It came at his desk on a particularly busy day. He was 53.
His grief-stricken widow demanded a full autopsy. But it showed only emphysema, arteriosclerosis, duodenal ulcers, cirrhosis of the liver, cardiac necrosis, cerebrovascular aneurysm, pulmonary edema, obesity, circulatory insufficiency and a touch of lung cancer.
"How glad Grabwell would have been to know," said the widow smiling proudly through her tears, "that he died of natural causes." Think on that everyone! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

What did I eat today?
For Breakfast: Every morning upon awakening, I have a green drink. (www.macrogreens.com) In the drink, I add a capful of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, one packate of Vitamin C powder, one quarter teaspoon on cayenne pepper and sweeten with Stevia or Zylitol. I then had a bag of stir fry veggies and two eggs.
For Snack: One bowl of oatmeal, with rice milk and water, and some plums.
For Lunch: Big juicy organic grass fed burger! Yummy! With no bread. Salad and more veggies.
For Snack: Vanilla protein shake with pecans, almonds, and a tablespoon of yogurt. (For protein powder, I use Jay Robb, Don Lemmon's Complete Protein or the NOW brand. )
For Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with my special veggie tomatoe sauce. (Garlic, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach...)
For Snack: Had a little cottage cheese with avocado. I add flax seeds, some protein and fiber to this meal.
Okay...so I usually eat this way. Now that doesn't mean I don't still have the pizza, sushi, BBQ, pasta, etc. I just prefer to eat my carbs with carbs, and my protein with fats! Well, most of the time. Things just appear to digest better this way. Try it! When one starts mixing all of these items together...I really don't care to be around when all the GAS starts to show up! OH! And I chew my food! Peace and love!
Marco.
