Think Raw Veggies are Best? Think Again

Not everything should be eaten raw, especially vegetables! Some raw vegetables must be cooked else you are actually harming yourself.  Below is a rundown of what veggies should not be eaten raw either in whole or juiced form. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but cruciferous vegetables should be cooked before eating as they contain chemicals that BLOCK the production of thyroid hormone in your body! Considering that 2 out of every 3 Westerners are either overweight or obese and this is projected to jump to 75% by 2020, this is of particular importance as folks struggling with weight usually suffer from borderline to full blown hypothyroidism. Read on folks.. oh, and eat a little meat once in while too.

MINI TRAMPOLINE EXERCISES! The Beauty of Rebounding..

Hey Howdy Hey, Marco here:

To maximize the benefit of your rebound workout:

Drink 12-16 oz of clean filtered water beforehand.
Do it outside and connect with God and nature. (If nature permits)
Take at least 10 deep breaths of fresh air. In through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, then push it out through your mouth.
Get sunlight on as much of your body as you can.
If possible do it with enough intensity to break a sweat. What a great way to start your morning!

Bounce !!

But wait. There's more!

The Scientific Secret of Strength and Muscle Growth

Keynote Speaker Darren Hardy: Strive to Fail

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing. Remember, sometimes you win, sometimes you LEARN.
Failure..

Are Silent Farts Worse?

If you have the urge to fart and you know it's a loud one, you'll need to proceed with caution unless you want everyone to hear. One way to do this is the let out your fart slowly by squeezing your butt cheeks and then slightly lifting up one cheek to let out your fart. You could end up farting two or three times this way, but it won't be as loud as farting once.
You can use this method to fart whether you're sitting or standing. If you're sitting, just pretend to lean over your desk or whatever is in front of you while you lift up one butt cheek to fart. If you're standing, just lean to one side to lift your other side or.. you can just hold it. Ouch! (Not that I would know..) Remember, everyone farts.

What If You Stopped Sleeping? Nooooooo !!

Sleep is Good!

Have I Been Breathing Wrong My Entire Life? Let's Find out..

While breathing 2-3 times more than the medical norm, most people believe that they have good or normal breathing. Some of them even say that they are "barely breathing". But normal breathing is so tiny that healthy people experience nearly no sensations in relation to their breathing at rest.

Over 90% of modern people suffer from breathing problems. The common problems include chest breathing, mouth breathing, and hyperventilation (increased minute ventilation), all of which reduce oxygen levels in body cells and promote chronic diseases.
