Golden Milk for Cancer ? Depression ? Acne ? Golden Milk ?? What Tha..

This is interesting. I've heard many wonderful things about tumeric, honey and ginger, but what tha hell is "Golden Milk?" Guess you can watch the  video above and then read a little more below. Why? Because Chemo Sucks ! I've read that there are numerous non-toxic, inexpensive, and effective cancer treatment protocols the medical-industrial complex is suppressing, because cancer treatment is a Big Pharma/AMA trillion dollar cash cow!

Dr. John Diamond, M.D. revealed, “A study of over 10,000 patients shows clearly that chemo’s supposedly strong track record with Hodgkin’s disease (lymphoma) is actually a lie. Patients who underwent chemo were 14 times more likely to develop leukemia and 6 times more likely to develop cancers of the bones, joints, and soft tissues than those patients who did not undergo chemotherapy.”

Factory Farming: There is no God...

“Studies are confirming the health benefits of meat-free eating. Nowadays, plant-based eating is recognized as not only nutritionally sufficient but also as a way to reduce the risk for many chronic illnesses.” – Harvard Medical School

Which of these 6 Branches of Yoga are you using to Return to Oneness..

Yoga is much more than a form of stretching and exercise.  It is an ancient set of paths and beliefs that are aimed to bring one back into union with the universe.  The word Yoga means “to unite” and it has been the purpose and goal of many yogis to help everyone return to their oneness state.

In order to return to a state of oneness Yoga has developed many different styles and practices in order to help the individual become connected with the breath of the universe and all of its creations.  The different paths in Yoga are designed to help you overcome your individual hardships and reach a state of oneness.

As you read these different paths of Yoga see which areas you most resonate with.

1.      1.  Bhakti Yoga (Devotion)-  Bhakti Yoga is designed to help the individual create a personal relationship with the divine energy of the universe.  It is often a study of chanting, prayer, and finding an individual way of expressing your devotion.  It is common for those who practice this path to be focused on commitment, faith, and being sincere in all their actions.

2.       2. Hatha Yoga (Physical Exercise)- The goal of Hatha Yoga is to gain liberation through physical discipline.  This branch of Yoga is focused on mastering each of the poses in Yoga to purify and master the body and mind.  This form of yoga is often energetic, active and full of physical challenges.

3.       3. Jnana Yoga (Wisdom)- Jnana Yoga is where the truth seekers gather to study and debate.  They fill their time with reading, researching, analyzing, asking questions and discussing what they find with others.  These individuals are often intellectual and philosophical.

4.       4. Karma Yoga (Service)- The goal of Karma Yoga is to selflessly help others.  These individuals will often perform public service, take up a good cause, or volunteer.  They are very generous, altruistic and have a grand awareness of the connections between all of us.

5.      5.  Mantra Yoga (Sound)- This form of Yoga is about focusing the mind through the use of sound.  Mantras will be memorized and chanted over and over to help the individual reach a higher state of being.  Individuals who follow this path are generally focused, appreciate solitude, and often quite musical.

6.       6. Raja Yoga (Meditation)- Raja Yoga is focused on completely clearing the mind in order to have moments of clarity and peace.  These meditations are focused on consistency of practice in order to maintain the balance of the preferred state of mind.  The Raja individual is often scientific, curious, and interested in the direct experiences in life.

Was there a branch of Yoga above that you felt the most drawn to?  Many people may find that they have been on a specific path or two of Yoga for years and they didn’t even realize it.

Cranky Old Man... A Poem

When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in an Australian country town, it was believed that he had nothing left of any value.
Later, when the nurses were going through his meagre possessions, They found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital.

One nurse took her copy to Melbourne .. The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas editions of magazines around the country and appearing in mags for Mental Health. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem.

And this old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet.

Cranky Old Man

What do you see nurses? . . .. . .What do you see?
What are you thinking .. . when you're looking at me?
A cranky old man, . . . . . .not very wise,
Uncertain of habit .. . . . . . . .. with faraway eyes?
Who dribbles his food .. . ... . . and makes no reply.
When you say in a loud voice . .'I do wish you'd try!'
Who seems not to notice . . .the things that you do.
And forever is losing . . . . . .. . . A sock or shoe?
Who, resisting or not . . . ... lets you do as you will,
With bathing and feeding . . . .The long day to fill?
Is that what you're thinking?. .Is that what you see?
Then open your eyes, nurse .you're not looking at me.
I'll tell you who I am . . . . .. As I sit here so still,
As I do at your bidding, .. . . . as I eat at your will.
I'm a small child of Ten . .with a father and mother,
Brothers and sisters .. . . .. . who love one another
A young boy of Sixteen . . . .. with wings on his feet
Dreaming that soon now . . .. . . a lover he'll meet.
A groom soon at Twenty . . . ..my heart gives a leap.
Remembering, the vows .. .. .that I promised to keep.
At Twenty-Five, now . . . . .I have young of my own.
Who need me to guide . . . And a secure happy home.
A man of Thirty . .. . . . . My young now grown fast,
Bound to each other . . .. With ties that should last.
At Forty, my young sons .. .have grown and are gone,
But my woman is beside me . . to see I don't mourn.
At Fifty, once more, .. ...Babies play 'round my knee,
Again, we know children . . . . My loved one and me.
Dark days are upon me . . . . My wife is now dead.
I look at the future ... . . . . I shudder with dread.
For my young are all rearing .. . . young of their own.
And I think of the years . . . And the love that I've known.
I'm now an old man . . . . . . .. and nature is cruel.
It's jest to make old age . . . . . . . look like a fool.
The body, it crumbles .. .. . grace and vigour, depart.
There is now a stone . . . where I once had a heart.
But inside this old carcass . A young man still dwells,
And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells
I remember the joys . . . . .. . I remember the pain.
And I'm loving and living . . . . . . . life over again.
I think of the years, all too few . . .. gone too fast.
And accept the stark fact . . . that nothing can last.
So open your eyes, people .. . . . .. . . open and see.
Not a cranky old man .
Look closer . . . . see .. .. . .. .... . ME!!

Let Meditation Break The Vicious Cycle of Worry. Now.

Please know this... it makes no sense to worry about the things we have no control over because if we have no control over something, why worry about it. And it makes no sense to worry about the things we do have control over because if we do have control over something, why worry about it. So tell me, what's there to worry about? There goes everything that is possible to worry about. Either you have control or you don't, and worry is just a waste of your precious, present moments.

Still worried ?

The Power of the BEET !!

Slam a cup of this with some flushable niacin and then go for a run !!

These Ain't Dr. Dre's Beets... (These are Better !)

Health Benefits of Juicing or Consuming Beets

Beets are widely known to help create red blood cells. The red pigment color of beets is from a group of phyotonutrients known as betalains. Betalains are antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying agents that are richer in beets than other plant foods.
Beet betalains provide some cancer prevention capacity, especially against colon cancer. In vitro (test tube or petri dish) lab tests have reported beet betalain suppression of human cancer cells. Wow, that's kinda boring, but Amazing !!

Beet it !!

Dandelion Root and Cancer Cells ?? I Wanna Know ~~

A common weed may hold the key to treating, and possibly curing, some types of blood cancers. Dandelion root may become an inexpensive alternative to chemotherapy and radiation — treatments that both come with unpleasant and grueling side effects.

Non-toxic and nutritive, dandelion’s potential is being explored by cancer researchers in Canada, China, and Japan. Its story is a testament to natural medicine’s vast potential in addressing cancer and other afflictions that elude chemical treatment, while also highlighting how the laws governing the practice of medicine and the approval of prescription drugs have narrowed patients’ options when it comes to treating cancer.
