Don't get caught on the "Regret" Train. See you in a few months..


And a big THANK YOU to Mr. John Chancellor for this post. 

I would like for you to think for a few moments about the worst thing that has or might happen in your life. Now, depending on where you are in life, that might vary a lot. You might think that losing a promotion, breaking up with your significant other, losing your job or even the death of a very special person in your life would be the worst thing that could possibly happen to you.

But let's fast forward a bit, to a time none of us really wants to think about. Although we all know that death is a natural part of the cycle of life, we all like to put off thoughts of death. But think about when you are near the end. That is when you will get a very clear perspective on the worst possible thing that could happen in your life.

I do not pretend to be a fortune teller, but I do believe I can tell you what will be the worst thing that can happen. When you are near the end, unless you are quite different from the majority of people, you will look back on your life with some regret. And unfortunately, it will be too late. There will be nothing you can do about it.

What will you regret? For some, it will be that you did not spend enough time with your loved ones. For some, it will be the opportunities you let slip by: opportunities to make new friends, to help others, to make a difference in life. It may have been the new business you did not start or the places you did not go. I cannot tell you specifically what you will regret, but I can tell you that will be the most gut wrenching thing you will face.

If this is so important, then why do we let opportunities slip away? Well, as the current cliché goes, life gets in the way. We get caught up in the urgent activities that we must do each day and fail to give enough time and attention to what is important in life. We become a slave to the urgent.

And of course, the other reason is fear. We fear stepping out of our comfort zone. We fear that if we take a chance, if we try something new and different, if we decide to really make a difference in the world, we will fail. The truth is just the opposite; we fail when we don't even try.

Often, we do not have to face that failure to try until we no longer have the opportunity to try. That is where the regret comes from: knowing that we had an opportunity for our lives to be different and we did not even try. And when we are near the end, that is when regret will really haunt us.

But there is a cure. You do not need to go through life knowing at the end you will be burdened with regret. Just take the time now to decide on what is important in your life - and then set aside the time to do the important things. Decide to make a difference in life. Life is for living, exploring, growing and becoming all you can be. Life is for fully developing your unique self. There will come a day when you will no longer have the time or opportunity to do certain things. Then you will only have regret. To me, that would be the worst thing that could possibly happen in life.

WTH is Azodicarbonamide? Bet you ate some today..




Azodicarbonamide is commonly found in frozen dinners and frozen potato and bread products. It is used to make things like bleach and foamed plastics (you know, the things they make yoga mats with, for instance).

Azodicarbonamide has been banned in most European countries because it has been found to induce asthma. It has been deemed so dangerous that in Singapore, if you are found to use Azodicarbonamide in your products, you will receive a hefty $450,000 fine and up to 15 YEARS IN PRISON.

According to the FDA, however, "Azodicarbonamide is approved to be a bleaching agent in cereal flour and is permitted for direct addition to food for human consumption."

Who are they kidding? Educate yourself, make your own, grow your own, eat whole foods, or suffer the consequences of consuming products that contain ingredients not even an ant would stand near.

1. Moisturizer – simply scoop some out of the jar and apply all over your body, including neck and face.
2. Eye cream – apply under the eyes to reduce puffiness, bags, and wrinkles. Use on the lids in the evening.
3. Preshave – coconut oil will prep skin for the pending damage caused by shaving.
4. Aftershave – coconut oil will help heal your skin after shaving without clogging pores.
5. Deodorant – coconut oil alone can be used as a deodorant, but even more effective in combination with cornstarch/arrowroot powder and baking soda!
6. Hair Conditioner/Deep Treatment - use as a leave in hair conditioner by applying a teaspoon of coconut oil to your ends and then running your fingers through your hair to distribute the rest! For a deeper treatment, rub in a tablespoon of coconut oil onto your dry scalp and gently work through to the ends. Put a shower cap on to prevent transfer onto bed linens and leave on overnight.

How can anyone trust a medical system that has condoned medical experimentation on children without consent? 

Hundreds of babies who died were sent to medical schools for dissection without parents' information and/or consent. The same disregard for parental consent also took place with placing these infants into vaccine trials. The last few minutes of this video not only are shockingly revealing, but need to be understood in relationship to what's happening today with infant and children vaccine adverse reactions globally, especially shaken baby syndrome and other legal charges medicine and the law use to deflect vaccine damage on to distraught parents.

Stress and anxiety can come at kids from all directions. Some live in violent neighborhoods. Others deal with abusive family members. There are kids who are homeless, and kids who feel they don’t have anyone who listens when things are tough. It’s easy to turn to crime, violence, drugs, and alcohol when all other roads are blocked, and a trip to prison can become more and more likely.

While it may seem strange or overly-simplistic to preach the benefits of meditation and mindfulness to people living with such difficult circumstances, the beauty of those practices is that they are available to anyone, and not just the blissed-out do-gooders who are perhaps the stereotype of spiritual seekers.

The Academy reported that “Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with GM food,” including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system. The AAEM asked physicians to advise patients to avoid GM foods.

Okay People, There is NO BABY CARROT Scare..



Marco here! Calm down all my fellow carrot eaters, yes there are rumors all over the internet warning that baby carrots are a "danger to your family," that they're made from "deformed full-sized carrots", and that they're "soaked in chlorine."

Not true. Here's the deal. Your carrots are washed in a chlorine-water solution, but it's a safe amount approved by the FDA. (and you know how we trust the FDA) but the solution is tiny and it's done for safety. We don't want any food-born illness like e-coli or salmonella growing in our bags.

Baby carrots come from regular carrots, not "deformed" ones. The carrots are then cut down to cocktail size and spun in machines that peel and rotate them to give them that nice rounded shape everyone likes.

Next, they're washed before being sealed into snack bags. The only reason the carrots get that nasty, old, white wrinkly look is because they're dehydrated. Go ahead, eat your baby carrots. Just make sure they're organic! Beats a bag of GMO chips!

Soy: It's "soy" Bad for You, and It's Everywhere, Even in Vitamins




With the abundance of studies showing soy's damaging health effects, it's crazy that doctors across the nation and food manufacturers everywhere continue to tout how good it is for you to eat a ton of it.

The Healthy Home Economist reported there are a whopping 170 scientific reasons to cut soy from your diet — everything from causing pineal and thyroid gland dysfunction, to endocrine system interruption, to stopping a woman's menstruation, to dropping a man's testosterone levels, to links to breast and prostate cancer.

But soy is a really tough cut to make considering that it is found lurking in seemingly everything in America! Soy isoflavones in protein shakes, added soy vegetable proteins, soy lecithin as an emulsifier... Recently we even found soy hidden in canned tuna in water!

In fact, Dr. Sanjay Gupta reported that if Americans are what they eat, then this nation is made up of corn and soy people. Yuk!

Marco here..  Instead of the standard two ingredients necessary to make french fries-potatoes and oil, there are approximately 17 as reported on the ingredients facts list on the McDonald's website.

They include: 
Potatoes, canola oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, safflower oil, natural flavour (vegetable source), dextrose, sodium acid pyrophosphate (maintain colour), citric acid (preservative), dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming agent) and cooked in vegetable oil (Canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with THBQ, citric acid and dimethylpolysiloxane) and salt (silicoaluminate, dextrose, potassium iodide).
At a glance, many of the ingredients above are hazardous to human health, including those which are genetically modified (canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil), hydrogenated (soybean oil), chemically preserved and antifoaming (THBQ, citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane), and artificially colored (sodium acid pyrophosphate).

How many people do you think have an awareness that McDonald's french fries contain this many ingredients? Thanks for the transparency McDonald's...hopefully it will help wake up more people to the difference between your artificial food and real food.
