WTH is Azodicarbonamide? Bet you ate some today..

Azodicarbonamide is commonly found in frozen dinners and frozen potato and bread products. It is used to make things like bleach and foamed plastics (you know, the things they make yoga mats with, for instance).

Azodicarbonamide has been banned in most European countries because it has been found to induce asthma. It has been deemed so dangerous that in Singapore, if you are found to use Azodicarbonamide in your products, you will receive a hefty $450,000 fine and up to 15 YEARS IN PRISON.

According to the FDA, however, "Azodicarbonamide is approved to be a bleaching agent in cereal flour and is permitted for direct addition to food for human consumption."

Who are they kidding? Educate yourself, make your own, grow your own, eat whole foods, or suffer the consequences of consuming products that contain ingredients not even an ant would stand near.

How many cows and chicken will you eat this year?

Nothing taste as good as vibrant and healthy feels! Change your diet, change your life. Remember, it's the start that stops most people.. Imagine how good you'll feel if you start today!

Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days. You betcha!

Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days is an independent documentary film that chronicles six Americans with diabetes who switch to a diet consisting entirely of vegan, organic, uncooked food in order to reverse disease without pharmaceutical medication.

The six are challenged to give up meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, soda, junk food, fast food, processed food, packaged food, and even cooked food for 30 days. The film follows each participant's remarkable journey and captures the medical, physical, and emotional transformations brought on by this radical diet and lifestyle change. We witness moments of struggle, support, and hope as what is revealed, with startling clarity, is that diet can reverse disease and change lives.

The film highlights each of the six before they begin the program and we first meet them in their home environment with their families. Each participant speaks candidly about their struggle to manage their diabetes and how it has affected every aspect of their life, from work to home to their relationships.

IMO: Beats shots and medication...

Put Down the Cheetos! How to avoid a Pig Out!

Why do you eat? I know why I do. I love food! And lots of it. That's real food of course. Veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds, home made smoothies, the occasional grass fed burger. Give me some organic french fries to dip in organic vanilla ice cream and I'm a happy camper! However, if you're eating for comfort or eating because you're bored, you're a headed for trouble. We have to eat. Don't believe me, try not eating for a few days. That's what I thought. Well, unless you're fasting and then, um, well, you're fasting. Whatever... Here's the real reason one should eat, slowly, all while chewing your food, unless you're in a big hurry and need to grab a quick pop tart and head out the door. Eat for nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemicals. Why? To help us stay healthy and disease free and to get plenty of carbs, fats, and protein. Gotta fuel the body. Remember, when you're eating, eat. When you're playing, play. When you're working, work. But lay off the cheeto's. At least for now. Summer's coming. And you know what that means... FUN! Live life. Go! Be! Do! Life's short. Don't make it shorter.

Why America Has the Cheapest, Most Addictive and Most Nutritionally Inferior Food in the World

As we continue deep inside the $1-trillion-a-year "processed-food-industrial complex," we turn to look at how decades of food science have resulted in the cheapest, most abundant, most addictive and most nutritionally inferior food in the world. And the vitamins and protein added back to this processed food? Well, you might be surprised to know where they come from. That’s the focus of a new book by longtime food reporter Melanie Warner, author of Pandora’s Lunchbox: How Processed Food Took Over the American Meal.

Nutrition Label Tricks. Just for Kids!

In using a nutrition label, it seems that many food manufacturers have resorted to using trickery to give consumers the impression that their brands are healthy. I cannot stress how important it is to READ the nutrition label. It is very important to read the ingredients AND the nutrition facts. Many food manufacturers have resorted to using “healthy looking” packaging as well as tricky terms like “no sugar added” or “whole wheat” to fool consumers into believing that an item is healthy...

WTF'S WRONG WITH MY FOOD MOMMY? i got the farts!

Alex Jones (This guy btw is a sad case.. but what if he's right? The Dude makes a lot of sense and I kinda like him) addresses one of the darkest modes of power the globalists have used to control the population-- food. The adulteration of the planet's staple crops, genetically-altered species and intentionally-altered water, food and air all amount to a Eugenics operation to weaken the masses and achieve full spectrum domination.

People the world over, but especially in the United States are under chemical attack. Deadly and dangerous toxins ranging from Aspartame to Fluoride, GMO, Mercury-tainting, pesticides, cross-species chimeras, plastic compounds in chicken, high fructose corn syrup, cloned meat, rBGH and new aggressive GM species of salmon have all entered into our diets and environments-- whether we want it or not.

HOW AMERICA IS MAKING THE WHOLE WORLD FAT AND UNHEALTHY!

Hey, it's Marco! It is hardly news that the United States faces epidemic health problems linked to poor diets. Nearly two out of every five Americans are obese. But according to a press release from the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food, Olivier de Schutter, "The West is now exporting diabetes and heart disease to developing countries, along with the processed foods that line the shelves of global supermarkets. By 2030, more than 5 million people will die each year before the age of 60 from non-communicable diseases linked to diets."

Darn Americans!
