Dear Human,

Someday you will die and leave this earth behind. But on all the others days you won't. So live them. Live them like the priceless gift they are. Live each new today with eyes wide open. See the beauty. Focus on the good. Feel the sun, snow, wind, rain and elements of your planet on your skin. Walk your feet upon earth's ground. Star gaze. Climb trees. Go for drives. Look at other peoples homes and say to yourself, "There are people living their lives in there." Be aware that every person in humanity is going through their own thing. Be thankful. See your blessings, not only your problems.

Someday you are going to die. True. But on all the other days you will not.

Pharmageddon: America's Bitter Pill

Health Freedom Doesn't Exist

Although Americans have been repeatedly told that heart disease and cancer are the two leading causes of death in the US, in fact conventional medicine is the leading cause of death today!

"Endocrination" Full Length Documentary (2014) HD

The film shows how corporations and actors within the EU Commission are teaming up to demolish a major piece of public health legislation.

For decades, industry’s strategy has been to advocate for a science-based policy. But which science exactly? This particular lobbying campaign provides helpful insights into the sort of science industry favours, and the sort it doesn’t...

DMT The Spirit Molecule

Beginners Chi-gong/ Energy Training

Energy training is Lightwork and can be used to create a more harmonious way of life and help eliminate illness and pains. Before anyone starts any energy work whether it be psychokinesis or simply using higher love to usher in new energies to the planet, I advice to use simple practices like tai chi/chi gong to help get your own life energy flowing. (btw...this isn't my advice, I'm learning to) M.J.

Vegan Pumpkin Protein Shake ? You Gotta be kiddin' !! (I'll have one)

This little smoothie went to the market. This little smoothie came home. So I drank it !

Okay folks, here's what you'll need:

1 cup of your favorite type of milk (i use unsweetened Silk cashew milk) because cow milk sucks..
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (Vega is pretty good, kinda pricey)
Sprout's has a good vegan protein mix as well, not pricey...
1/2 cup or more pure pumpkin (I use Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin)
1/2 TB organic cinnamon
1/2 TB pumpkin pie spice (simply organic is fine)
Splash of vanilla extract
Dash of celtic sea salt
One half frozen organic banana
Three cubes of frozen raw cream (I use Kalona super natural)

Toss it in your Ninja, blend it for 10-15 seconds and drink up !! You'll be glad you did. And don't worry about the calories, it's worth it. Just ask Santa for a jump rope...   : )

PS: You can grab a regular Ninja blender at Best Buy for $79. (on sale) I've had mine for four years. Still in great shape. Probably from making all those smoothies...

Your Mommy was wrong; Never make your bed !!

Your mother always told you to make your bed. Every single morning after you’d rise, groggy and miserable, you’d get the inevitable question: “Did you make your bed?” Well, guess what? It turns out mom was wrong — it’s actually better for you, and for your overall health, not to make your bed at all. Why? Because of these.
Dust-mites... (ooo, say it again, Dust mites !)
The mighty house dust mite. Actually, it’s not mighty at all. These microscopic little buggers are running rampant in your bed (sorry, but it’s true). In fact, the average bed can be home to 1.5 million of them. House dust mites feed on human skin scales (ew), so they love to take up residence with us under the sheets. The allergens they produce (which are actually the mites’ poop) are easily inhaled during sleep and are a major cause of illnesses like asthma. They don’t exactly help dust allergies, either.

Dr. Wayne Dyer: Still Missin' My Man ! Rest in Peace dear Friend...

A Tribute to Wayne Dyer

There have been many spiritual gurus, but none have touched as many lives as Wayne. Here's what I learned from him:

1) He measured his success not by the money he made but by the lives he touched.
2) He lived as if no one was watching, and simultaneously as if everyone was watching; blending selfish joy and selfless service as if they were the same currency.
3) He treated everyone as family and willingly took on the role of surrogate father, as well as a spiritual guide to his millions of grateful followers.
4) He never cared what people thought about him, while he simultaneously changed what people thought. In retrospect, I can now see that he boldly took great satisfaction from his ability to do that.
5) He lived a richly abundant life, while living it simply, worrying less about profits and keenly focused on the purpose of his work.
6) To him, life itself was the gift, and love was the only reward worth seeking.
7) He made the most mundane facts interesting, and simplified the complicated nature of spiritual awareness, which enhanced his charm as he brought us all closer to God.
8) He lived his life so authentically that you felt as if you were always seeing who was in EVERY minute, sort of blurring the lines between reality and fiction right before your very eyes.
9) It was never clear who his REAL family and friends were, because in his mind there was hardly a difference, yet he fiercely dedicated his life to a small circle of loyal family and friends, as he opened his world (and even his home) to a barrage of strangers.
10) Finally he pushed the boundaries of life itself, never accepting anything at face value, always searching for meaning, and always, always, believing that miracles would show up exactly on time.
Thanks Wayne for leaving a little part of yourself in each of us. Thank you for the gift of your dharma and for the volumes of work that have forever changed our ability to see the face of God in ourselves and in every one else. In your honor I commit to "see the light in others and will act as if that is all I see."

Why You Should Drink Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint Water

And because it taste so darn good !

Is Chipotle's No GMO promotion backfiring ?? IWANNAKNOW..

Who would have thought that health food advocates would be cheerleading for a fast food chain simply because it promoted its food as GMO free. Most health food types rarely use fast food restaurants, or at least shouldn’t. But just a few short months ago in April 2015, health sites celebrated the Chipotle Mexican Grill announcement that they had become GMO free with headlines like “We’re Winning”, referring to their resistance against GMOs.
Chipotle is a relatively upscale fast food restaurant chain with franchises in several countries including the USA. So that would be great publicity for the anti-GMO movement.

But Hold On Now …

Former Merck Salesman Know Something About Vaccines That You Don’t

Americans who dare to oppose mandatory vaccination for any reason, including that they don't believe that all vaccines are safe, are often ridiculed, marginalized and minimized by Big Pharma vaccine pushers and the mainstream medical community. One of the things that they most often insist on is that "vaccines are safe" and that there is no reason to fear being vaccinated.

And yet, when vaccine injuries occur – which is often enough that the federal government maintains a vaccine injury fund – they are brushed under the rug by the mainstream media as "rare" and "unusual," if such incidents are covered at all.

Why You Should Always Look On The Bright side

Do you tend to look on the sunny side, or do you see a future filled with dark, stormy skies? A growing body of research suggests that having a positive outlook can benefit your physical health. NIH-funded scientists are working to better understand the links between your attitude and your body. They’re finding some evidence that emotional wellness can be improved by developing certain skills. Research has found a link between an upbeat mental state and improved health, including lower blood pressure, reduced risk for heart disease, healthier weight, better blood sugar levels, and longer life. But many studies can’t determine whether positive emotions lead to better health, if being healthy causes positive emotions, or if other factors are involved.

What's America Eating ?? Tortellini with a side of Dimethylpolysiloxane ?? WTH ?

Eat up America ! It's all fake.. All that crap you're payin' your hard earned dollar for is all made by the same food manufacturer and that chef you're lookin' at in your favorite restaurant is probably someone fresh out of high school paid to heat and dress up those chemicals. Yuck! This ain't real food ya'll. Food made with sugar, fat, and salt can be addictive. Especially when combined in secret ways the food industry will not share or make public. We are biologically wired to crave these foods and eat as much of them as possible. … The problems with food addiction are compound by the fact that food manufacturers refuse to release any internal data on how they put ingredients together to maximize consumption of their food products despite requests from researchers.

How Many People Are Killed by Pharma Companies ?? I Wanna Know !

This film delivers irrefutable evidence as to how pharmaceutical companies slaughter tens of thousands of Americans each year with impunity with deadly FDA-approved drugs.
See for yourself why clinical medical practice is advancing at a snail's pace, while the federal government goes to extraordinary lengths to stamp out those who seek natural and more innovative approaches to disease prevention and treatment.
The war against our health has penetrated government, academia, and the media to such a degree that no sound-bite explanation will expose the magnitude of the problem we face. But this film does!
So do yourself a huge favor. View War on Health* here and now... because you need to know. Then Share it with your friends ... because they do, too!

Dr Sebi: The Man, The herbs, The Cures...

Most of us know that healing outside of the medical monopoly is a crime, even as that monopoly rarely does heal. And just about any indigenous herbal approach to healing is considered quackery, fraudulent, or worse by by modern mainstream medical professionals.

It’s amazing that one such character was once accused of medical fraud and acquitted by a jury in a Brooklyn, NY court during the late 1980s. That character was a black man from Spanish Honduras in Central America who was advertising he could cure AIDS in Manhattan’s Village Voice. His name was Dr. Sebi.

Connect Your Own Dots !! Live Life ~~

When you are inspired by a great purpose, everything will begin to work for you. Inspiration comes from moving back in-spirit and connecting to the seven faces of intention. When you feel inspired, what appeared to be risky becomes a path you feel compelled to follow. The risks are gone because you are following your bliss, which is the truth within you. This is really love working in harmony with your intention. Essentially, if you do not feel love, you do not feel the truth, and your truth is all wrapped up in your connection to Spirit. This is why inspiration is such an important part of the fulfillment of your intention to live a life on purpose. I am on my way...

Golden Milk for Cancer ? Depression ? Acne ? Golden Milk ?? What Tha..

This is interesting. I've heard many wonderful things about tumeric, honey and ginger, but what tha hell is "Golden Milk?" Guess you can watch the  video above and then read a little more below. Why? Because Chemo Sucks ! I've read that there are numerous non-toxic, inexpensive, and effective cancer treatment protocols the medical-industrial complex is suppressing, because cancer treatment is a Big Pharma/AMA trillion dollar cash cow!

Dr. John Diamond, M.D. revealed, “A study of over 10,000 patients shows clearly that chemo’s supposedly strong track record with Hodgkin’s disease (lymphoma) is actually a lie. Patients who underwent chemo were 14 times more likely to develop leukemia and 6 times more likely to develop cancers of the bones, joints, and soft tissues than those patients who did not undergo chemotherapy.”

Which of these 6 Branches of Yoga are you using to Return to Oneness..

Yoga is much more than a form of stretching and exercise.  It is an ancient set of paths and beliefs that are aimed to bring one back into union with the universe.  The word Yoga means “to unite” and it has been the purpose and goal of many yogis to help everyone return to their oneness state.

In order to return to a state of oneness Yoga has developed many different styles and practices in order to help the individual become connected with the breath of the universe and all of its creations.  The different paths in Yoga are designed to help you overcome your individual hardships and reach a state of oneness.

As you read these different paths of Yoga see which areas you most resonate with.

1.      1.  Bhakti Yoga (Devotion)-  Bhakti Yoga is designed to help the individual create a personal relationship with the divine energy of the universe.  It is often a study of chanting, prayer, and finding an individual way of expressing your devotion.  It is common for those who practice this path to be focused on commitment, faith, and being sincere in all their actions.

2.       2. Hatha Yoga (Physical Exercise)- The goal of Hatha Yoga is to gain liberation through physical discipline.  This branch of Yoga is focused on mastering each of the poses in Yoga to purify and master the body and mind.  This form of yoga is often energetic, active and full of physical challenges.

3.       3. Jnana Yoga (Wisdom)- Jnana Yoga is where the truth seekers gather to study and debate.  They fill their time with reading, researching, analyzing, asking questions and discussing what they find with others.  These individuals are often intellectual and philosophical.

4.       4. Karma Yoga (Service)- The goal of Karma Yoga is to selflessly help others.  These individuals will often perform public service, take up a good cause, or volunteer.  They are very generous, altruistic and have a grand awareness of the connections between all of us.

5.      5.  Mantra Yoga (Sound)- This form of Yoga is about focusing the mind through the use of sound.  Mantras will be memorized and chanted over and over to help the individual reach a higher state of being.  Individuals who follow this path are generally focused, appreciate solitude, and often quite musical.

6.       6. Raja Yoga (Meditation)- Raja Yoga is focused on completely clearing the mind in order to have moments of clarity and peace.  These meditations are focused on consistency of practice in order to maintain the balance of the preferred state of mind.  The Raja individual is often scientific, curious, and interested in the direct experiences in life.

Was there a branch of Yoga above that you felt the most drawn to?  Many people may find that they have been on a specific path or two of Yoga for years and they didn’t even realize it.

Cranky Old Man... A Poem

When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in an Australian country town, it was believed that he had nothing left of any value.
Later, when the nurses were going through his meagre possessions, They found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital.

One nurse took her copy to Melbourne .. The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas editions of magazines around the country and appearing in mags for Mental Health. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem.

And this old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet.

Cranky Old Man

What do you see nurses? . . .. . .What do you see?
What are you thinking .. . when you're looking at me?
A cranky old man, . . . . . .not very wise,
Uncertain of habit .. . . . . . . .. with faraway eyes?
Who dribbles his food .. . ... . . and makes no reply.
When you say in a loud voice . .'I do wish you'd try!'
Who seems not to notice . . .the things that you do.
And forever is losing . . . . . .. . . A sock or shoe?
Who, resisting or not . . . ... lets you do as you will,
With bathing and feeding . . . .The long day to fill?
Is that what you're thinking?. .Is that what you see?
Then open your eyes, nurse .you're not looking at me.
I'll tell you who I am . . . . .. As I sit here so still,
As I do at your bidding, .. . . . as I eat at your will.
I'm a small child of Ten . .with a father and mother,
Brothers and sisters .. . . .. . who love one another
A young boy of Sixteen . . . .. with wings on his feet
Dreaming that soon now . . .. . . a lover he'll meet.
A groom soon at Twenty . . . ..my heart gives a leap.
Remembering, the vows .. .. .that I promised to keep.
At Twenty-Five, now . . . . .I have young of my own.
Who need me to guide . . . And a secure happy home.
A man of Thirty . .. . . . . My young now grown fast,
Bound to each other . . .. With ties that should last.
At Forty, my young sons .. .have grown and are gone,
But my woman is beside me . . to see I don't mourn.
At Fifty, once more, .. ...Babies play 'round my knee,
Again, we know children . . . . My loved one and me.
Dark days are upon me . . . . My wife is now dead.
I look at the future ... . . . . I shudder with dread.
For my young are all rearing .. . . young of their own.
And I think of the years . . . And the love that I've known.
I'm now an old man . . . . . . .. and nature is cruel.
It's jest to make old age . . . . . . . look like a fool.
The body, it crumbles .. .. . grace and vigour, depart.
There is now a stone . . . where I once had a heart.
But inside this old carcass . A young man still dwells,
And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells
I remember the joys . . . . .. . I remember the pain.
And I'm loving and living . . . . . . . life over again.
I think of the years, all too few . . .. gone too fast.
And accept the stark fact . . . that nothing can last.
So open your eyes, people .. . . . .. . . open and see.
Not a cranky old man .
Look closer . . . . see .. .. . .. .... . ME!!

Let Meditation Break The Vicious Cycle of Worry. Now.

Please know this... it makes no sense to worry about the things we have no control over because if we have no control over something, why worry about it. And it makes no sense to worry about the things we do have control over because if we do have control over something, why worry about it. So tell me, what's there to worry about? There goes everything that is possible to worry about. Either you have control or you don't, and worry is just a waste of your precious, present moments.

Still worried ?

The Power of the BEET !!

Slam a cup of this with some flushable niacin and then go for a run !!

These Ain't Dr. Dre's Beets... (These are Better !)

Health Benefits of Juicing or Consuming Beets

Beets are widely known to help create red blood cells. The red pigment color of beets is from a group of phyotonutrients known as betalains. Betalains are antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying agents that are richer in beets than other plant foods.
Beet betalains provide some cancer prevention capacity, especially against colon cancer. In vitro (test tube or petri dish) lab tests have reported beet betalain suppression of human cancer cells. Wow, that's kinda boring, but Amazing !!

Dandelion Root and Cancer Cells ?? I Wanna Know ~~

A common weed may hold the key to treating, and possibly curing, some types of blood cancers. Dandelion root may become an inexpensive alternative to chemotherapy and radiation — treatments that both come with unpleasant and grueling side effects.

Non-toxic and nutritive, dandelion’s potential is being explored by cancer researchers in Canada, China, and Japan. Its story is a testament to natural medicine’s vast potential in addressing cancer and other afflictions that elude chemical treatment, while also highlighting how the laws governing the practice of medicine and the approval of prescription drugs have narrowed patients’ options when it comes to treating cancer.

Songs that give me CHILLS... Enjoy ~~

Why sitting is bad for you

Sitting down for brief periods can help us recover from stress or recuperate from exercise. But nowadays, our lifestyles make us sit much more than we move around. Are our bodies built for such a sedentary existence? Murat Dalkilinç investigates...

How sugar affects the brain

When you eat something loaded with sugar, your taste buds, your gut and your brain all take notice. This activation of your reward system is not unlike how bodies process addictive substances such as alcohol or nicotine -- an overload of sugar spikes dopamine levels and leaves you craving more. Nicole Avena explains why sweets and treats should be enjoyed in moderation.

Can we eat to starve cancer?

William Li presents a new way to think about treating cancer and other diseases: anti-angiogenesis, preventing the growth of blood vessels that feed a tumor. The crucial first (and best) step: Eating cancer-fighting foods that cut off the supply lines and beat cancer at its own game...

Vaccines: What I've learned so far.. Ask Questions !!

There’s so much controversy over vaccinations, so how can you act for the best? Start by being better informed…

HERE ARE THE KEY QUESTIONS TO ASK, WITH GUIDANCE TO FOLLOW:

1. How effective are vaccines?
2. How dangerous is the disease?
3. What are the side-effects of the vaccination?
4. Are combination vaccines more dangerous or less effective?
5. When, if at all, is the best time to be vaccinated?

Expect more Vaccines... go figure

Many vaccines are good money but bad medicine. In the UK doctors are paid for every flu vaccine they give, hence the big autumn sale. Yet, this year’s flu vaccine had ‘low effectiveness’ according to Public Health England, preventing an estimated 3% of those vaccinated and infected from getting flu symptoms. But what about the downside? Last year there were 79 settlements in the US for damage, including one death, from the flu vaccine but you won’t hear about this from your GP, nor from the media. Why? Because mentioning vaccine damage is heresy.

Vaccines? Mommy, I'm scared..

Cat Philosophy School by Dr. Wayne Dyer..

The was an old wise cat and a small kitten in an alleyway. The old cat saw the kitten chasing its tail and asked, “Why are you chasing your tail?”

To it the kitten replied, “I’ve been attending cat philosophy school and I have learned that the most important thing for a cat is happiness, and that happiness is my tail. Therefore, I am chasing it: and when I catch it, I shall have happiness forever.”

Laughing, the wise old cat replied, “My son, I wasn’t lucky enough to go to school, but as I’ve gone through life, I too have realised that the most important thing for a cat is happiness, and indeed that it is located in my tail.  The differece I’ve found though is that whenever I chase after it, it keeps running away from me, but when I go about my business and live my life, it just seems to follow after me wherever I go.”

You'll Never Find Me, Until You Find Yourself..

There was once a time when all human beings were Gods, but they so abused their divinity that Brahma, the chief God, decided to take it away from them and hide it.
But where? Brahma called a council of the Gods to help him decide.
“Let’s bury it deep in the earth,” said the Gods.
But Brahma answered, “No, that will not do because humans will dig into the earth and find it.”
Then the Gods said, “Let’s sink it in the deepest ocean.”
But Brahma said, “No, not there, for they will learn to dive into the ocean and will find it.”
Then the Gods said, “Let’s take it to the top of the highest mountain and hide it there.”
But once again Brahma replied, “No, that will not do either, because they will eventually climb every mountain.”
Then the Gods gave up and said, “We do not know where to hide it, because it seems that there is no place in existence that humans will not eventually reach.”
Brahma thought for a long time and then said, “Here is what we will do. We will hide their divinity deep in the center of their own being, for humans will never think to look for it there.”
All the Gods agreed that this was the perfect hiding place, and the deed was done. And since that time humans have been going up and down the earth, digging, diving, climbing, and exploring – searching for something already within themselves.

The Sun is your Friend, not your enemy...

The most common form of cancer in the world today according to WEBMD is non melanoma skin cancer. Skin cancer rates have skyrocketed and are literally almost out of control. The mostly widely known solution in our modern era is to wear lots of sunscreen, takes immune suppressing drugs, and get laser or burn treatments. Unfortunately, the Western treatments option never address the root of the issue. Due to this, the sun has gotten a massive amount of blame. But, again, is the sun or even UV rays to blame?

OMG and WTF: Stevia was once used as an Anti-Fertility Agent?

Marco here ! Do tell... Perhaps it's not so sweet. I find it pretty shocking to find a passage where the authors excitedly discuss using stevia rebaudiana — the same sweet leaf hailed everywhere today as a wonderful, healthy sugar alternative — as an anti-fertility agent. What's more, it had apparently been used traditionally by indigenous Indian populations in Paraguay for a long time, and rats in studies had shown a large drop in fertility after being administered stevia... Could it be? Well, in any case, I'm not worried. I can't get pregnant anyway.

Using state-of-the-art imaging techniques, the research team... has captured the process on film. Inside all of us lurks an army of serial killers whose primary function is to kill again and again... These cells patrol our bodies, identifying and destroying virally infected and cancer cells and they do so with remarkable precision and efficiency.... There are billions of T cells within our blood -- one teaspoon full of blood alone is believed to have around 5 million T cells, each measuring around 10 micrometres in length, about a tenth the width of a human hair. Each cell is engaged in the ferocious and unrelenting battle to keep us healthy..."

Happy Monday !! Essential oils are the fragrant, highly concentrated natural constituents that are found in plants. They are what give the plant its characteristic odour and contain the healing power of the plant from which it was extracted. When used correctly, essential oils bring a wide range of health benefits since unlike modern drugs, they have no side-effects. But always consult a qualified Aromatherapist just to be safe. You got that ?

Did the US Admit Cannabis Kills Cancer Cells ? I Wanna Know !!

OMG. Did I get that right? A group of federal researchers commissioned by the government to prove that cannabis has “no accepted medical use” may have unwittingly let information slip through the cracks, revealing how cannabis actually kills cancer cells.

The research, which was conducted by a team of scientists at St. George’s University of London, found that the two most common cannabinoids in marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), weakened the ferocity of cancer cells and made them more susceptible to radiation treatment, said Mike Adams of Herbal Dispatch.

The study, which was published last year in the medical journal Molecular Cancer Therapies, details the “dramatic reductions” in fatal variations of brain cancer when these specific cannabinoids were used in conjunction with radiation therapy.

Ladies, Are You Putting 168 Chemicals on Your Body everyday ?? Could be..

American women put 168 chemicals on their bodies each day, according to a non profit group.
The 98-page bill includes a system of registering personal care companies, their products and their ingredients, and it would require the FDA to review five chemicals that appear generally in personal care products each year to evaluate their safety. The first set of chemicals will likely be diazolidinyl urea, lead acetate, methylene glycol/formaldehyde, propyl paraben, quaternium-15, according to Feinstein’s office. Good thing I don't wear make up... LOL

Pumpkin Seed Oil. Good and bad..

Hey Howdy Hey, Marco here... If you’re in the mood for a chewy snack that doubles as a phenomenal health food, look no further than pumpkin seeds.

With a wide variety of nutrients ranging from magnesium and manganese to copper, protein and zinc, pumpkin seeds are nutritional powerhouses wrapped up in a very small package. They also contain plant compounds known as phytosterols and free-radical scavenging antioxidants,1 which can give your health an added boost.

Best of all, because pumpkin seeds are highly portable and require no refrigeration, they make an excellent snack to keep with you whenever you’re on the go, or they can be used as a quick anytime snack at home, too. Remember, as a snack...

Now for the skinny on  Pumpkin Seed Oil... Read on here.  It's quite good, but it will never replace coconut oil.

Hibiscus Tea vs. Plant-Based Diets for Hypertension (that's high blood pressure)

How "Front Groups" confuse the public about Your Health

From the Urban Dictionary’s definition of internet troll: “One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.” The Urban Dictionary says that trolls do this for their own amusement, and probably some do. But how come I notice more trolling, usually attempting to completely debunk the article’s message, on alternative health sites than the sites that support mainstream medicine or GMOs? Why would anyone bother to waste his or her time, unless there’s a paycheck involved. Posting an article that disputes vaccine lies and discusses their dangers is as sure to attract trolls as much as a thrashing bleeding man who went over board will attract sharks. Attempting to explain the ultimate planetary and personal health horror of GMOs is like swatting a hornets’ nest of ardent pro-GMO trolls.

“Never go back.” What does that mean? From observations of successful people, clinical psychologist and author of Never Go Back: 10 Things You'll Never Do Again (Howard Books, June 2014), Dr. Henry Cloud has discovered certain “awakenings” that people have—in life and in business—that once they have them, they never go back to the old way of doing things. And when that happens, they are never the same. In short, they got it. -

Ten, Yes, Ten Steps to Happier Living. Yay !!

Action for Happiness has identified 10 keys to happier living, based on an extensive review of the latest research about what really helps people flourish. These are not “10 commandments”, because each of us is unique and what works for one of us may not for someone else. They are simply 10 areas that tend to make a big difference to people’s happiness - and crucially they are all areas that are within our control.

Budwig Diet Flaxseed Oil

Marco here... Too many in the natural health field, especially writers, scoff at the Budwig Diet’s core protocol as unreal and unsuited for reversing cancer. There are other dietary requirements that are part of her protocol. Lots of sunshine and stress management are also part of Johanna Budwig’s approach to healing the whole person. This is quite interesting...

Hey, what's for lunch ?? Squats !!

Did you know that squats make great energizing lunch break exercises? Well, now you do. The great thing about doing squats on your lunch break is that you don't have to work up a sweat in order to reap the benefits, and they can be done almost anywhere, your desk, in the break room, outside and even in the restroom, if necessary, Plus, doing squats regularly helps tone up leg muscles and chase the fat awayyyyy. And get this, it only takes 10 to 15 reps to feel refreshed. What a perfect way to energize on a short work break.

Are YOU Trading Sleep for Work ?? Yeah, you...

Hey, Marco here. We all work, and realize that SLEEP is so vital to our health, yet so many people give it up to work at their jobs more. This is a study finding and it applies to just about all socioeconomic levels. Being a short sleeper wast correlated with having several jobs. The study's lead author, Dr. Mathias Basner, recommends several ways to combat this problem. One is to reduce the commute time, which was factored in the study. Another was more flexibility in work start times. Cutting back on working several jobs per single person would also help. At least seven hours are necessary for optimizing one's mental and physical productivity and output.
If you're struggling to shed a few pounds, ask yourself why you spend so much time on the job, which btw, can also be a fertile ground for over eating. Just a thought... Hugs !!

Can You Be Depressed and Motivated ??

Marco here. Are you depressed and motivated? Do they even go together... The two terms seem to be mortal enemies. Nevertheless, yes, you can be down in the dumps and motivated at the same time. It just means giving yourself the freedom to get going.
Realize that you don't have to be happy to be motivated. You don't have to be cheery to do pushups, yoga, jumping jacks or ride a bike. The best exercise to do when depressed is weightlifting because it empowers you in a way that mere jogging, walking, or swimming don't. Turn that inner frustration into physical power... Hugs !!

20 minute Guided Mindfulness Exercise ( and kick depression's arse)

Mindfulness is "the intentional, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment", which can be trained by a large extent in meditational practices. The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) published the results of a ground-breaking study that found that meditation appears to provide as much relief from some anxiety and depression symptoms as antidepressants.

Crap, What next ?? 24,000 chemicals tainting your bottled water..

Tap water is by no means something to reach for when looking to achieve optimal health (check this out to see why that is). But unfortunately, the common alternative of bottled water isn’t really much better. Not only does the massive amount of plastic used to produce bottled water desecrate our lands and oceans, but research has actually found bottled water to harness thousands of health-destructive chemicals. German researchers have discovered endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in water bottles that could adversely affect development and reproduction. In fact, there are 24,520 suspect chemicals found to be present in 18 different water bottle brands that could be wreaking your health.
These endocrine disruptors chemicals can interfere with the hormone system, they can cause cancerous tumors, birth defects, cardiovascular disorders, metabolic disorders and as mentioned earlier,  other developmental disorders.

One Hour Candle Meditation with Gentle Rain Sounds

I am off to my meditation room. (time to leave Earth for a while...)

Your One Hour Meditation Candle

Growing Older is a Wonderful, Beautiful dream... Love "YOU"

A legend tells of a man who used to carry water every day to his village, using two large pitchers tied on either end of a piece of wood, which he placed across his shoulders.
One of the pitchers was older than the other and was full of small cracks; every time the man came back along the path to his house, half of the water was lost.
For two years, the man made the same journey. The younger pitcher was always very proud of the way it did its work and was sure that it was up to the task for which it had been created, while the other pitcher was mortally ashamed that it could carry out only half its task, even though it knew that the cracks were the result of long years of work.
So ashamed was the old pitcher that, one day, while the man was preparing to fill it up with water from the well, it decided to speak to him.
We all, at some point, grow old and acquire other qualities, and these can always be turned to good advantage.
“I wish to apologize because, due to my age, you only manage to take home half the water you fill me with, and thus quench only half the thirst awaiting you in your house.”
The man smiled and said:
“When we go back, be sure to take a careful look at the path.”
The pitcher did as the man asked and noticed many flowers and plants growing along one side of the path.
“Do you see how much more beautiful nature is on your side of the road?” the man remarked. “I knew you had cracks, but I decided to take advantage of them. I sowed vegetables and flowers there, and you always watered them. I’ve picked dozens of roses to decorate my house, and my children have had lettuce, cabbage and onions to eat. If you were not the way you are, I could never have done this. We all, at some point, grow old and acquire other qualities, and these can always be turned to good advantage.”

How to Quit Blowing it. (Had to Share...)

It’s easy to give in to the things you see.
You see others having fun and feel left out because you’re not involved. You hear about a party or get-together and drop everything to join in and be a part of it.
You see it and want it.
It’s easy to give into your feelings too.
You feel tired or embarrassed by your lack of progress, so you stop trying. You feel guilty or obligated, so you put other people’s goals ahead of your own.
But what are you not seeing?
The key to crushing it in life is to expand your awareness.
Start looking for gaps in your knowledge. Start looking for absences.
You might feel unsure of yourself and your goals right now in this moment, but you’ve felt these feelings before and know they’re only temporary.
There’s something you’re not seeing.
You see pictures of people having fun and relaxing somewhere tropical online and you think that you should be doing what they’re doing.
But you know that you’re just reacting to what you see.
You’re just experiencing a useless reflex.
What you’re not seeing is how hard those people worked to get to where they are. You’re not seeing the escape plan they created and successfully executed.
Or you’re not seeing how much money their mommies and daddies are giving them, or how many bills they’re going to have piled up afterwards.
Either way, you should stop focusing just on what you see and get back to work.

5 Keys To Crushing It

1. Pour it on at the end, don’t pull back.

When you get close to a victory in life, your first instinct is to pull back.
This is normal. You’ve worked hard and your mind is ready for a break. You see the finish line and every fiber in your body is telling you to let up.
Don’t go by what you see.
Yes, you are going to finish. But how are you going to finish?
Most of life’s biggest disappointments come right before a big victory. Someone pulls back. An opening is uncovered. Someone or something else fills the void.
The opportunity is lost.
Stop relaxing near the finish line. Instead, pour it on. Increase your intensity. Control everything.
You might feel like the victory is yours whether you let up or not, but there are an uncountable number of things you’re not seeing.
Competitors hiding in the weeds.
Obstacles waiting to strike. Lady luck looking for a reason to change her mind.
Don’t give them an inch. Follow through with 100% effort to the very end.

2. Reinforce success, not doubts.

The mind forgets success very easily. But it loves to remember losses.
According to Dr. Rick Hanson, who is a neuropsychologist and Senior Fellow at UC Berkeley, positive information has to be held in your awareness for a dozen or more seconds before being transferred to your longterm memory banks.
Negative information is transferred instantly
Your mind is very good at replaying your losses. It will fill your head with pictures of failures over and over again if you allow it.
Don’t let these doubts creep in. Keep your negativity bias and impostor syndrome in check.
Watch over your thoughts.
When past failures or potential future failures start playing in your head, change the channel.
Stop asking yourself, “What if I fail?” Instead, ask yourself, “When have I succeeded at something similar in the past?”

3. Drop negative people, don’t drag them along.

Negative people have a way of sneaking into your life. They’re like leeches.
If you’re not careful, you’ll wake up one day surrounded by gossips, haters, and drama queens. All of them sucking the life out of you.
Identifying these people is easy.
Getting rid of them, on the other hand, can be very difficult.
Most people drag a net of negative friends around with them everywhere they go for years.
Cut them loose.
Don’t keep negative friends in your life just because they’re the closest people to you.
Stop looking at the handful of people whose approval you will never have and start looking at the 7 billion other people on the planet who might like you just the way you are.

4. Blame yourself, not others.

You can’t see yourself. Not really.
You can pass by a mirror every now and then or ask for someone else’s viewpoint, but you can never really see yourself from the outside.
You can see other people though.
Lots of other people. You can see all the people and things that come against you.
Which makes it really easy to blame them for your problems. All of your problems. But…
They’re not to blame. You are.
You’re responsible for all of your successes and failures. You’re responsible for the good and bad in your life.
Of course, you’re not responsible for every event in your past. But you are responsible for how you handle it.
You are accountable for the aftermath.
Who you are right now is your fault. Start seeing yourself as the responsible party.
This is the most empowering way to live.

5. Change your approach, don’t repeat it.

The reason people get stuck in a rut is because they repeat themselves blindly.
They blow it in life because they keep trying the same stale strategies over and over again.
What if you did the opposite?
The only way to get unstuck in life is to do something different.
You have to break your current pattern.
But this is hard.
People get comfortable. They get lazy.
If you really want to change, do something big, not small.
Small changes can’t build momentum.
The gravity of the status quo is too intense.
Big changes on the other hand, obliterate patterns.
They eliminate the pull of normal. Stop looking to the strategies you’ve always used—the ones that are easy to see—to change your life.
You need new strategies.
Wild strategies.
Opposite and completely-unlike-you strategies.
Stop looking at the seen.
Start looking for the unseen.
Start creating a positive change in your life right now.

“If you set your goals ridiculously high and it’s a failure, you will fail above everyone else’s success.”
