IS YOUR VITAMIN C ON GMO'S? Gotcha Thinkin' huh...

Marco here! Interesting topic huh? GMO vitamins! Some of you might know this already but many do not know yet about the truth of most vitamins and supplements being sold worldwide.

"As we complement our organic whole foods-based diet with herbs and supplements, we need to make sure that these vitamins and botanicals are derived from naturally occurring plant and mineral sources, and that they contain no synthetic chemicals whatsoever," says Organic Consumers.

"Vitamins E (tocopherols) and C are the most common vitamins raising GMO concerns, since E is derived from soy and C from corn." What next? GMO children?

Flawed Pharma Study Demonizing Vitamins and Minerals Debunked

Hey, it's Marco! It seems that some people will do just about anything to get ahead, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise when a mostly falsified study is released to put down what is primarily known as a fundamentally healthy and intelligent choice. Unfortunately, people still will try to spread discord amongst their fellow man in an apparent attempt to get ahead;

Why Many Vitamin Studies are Absolutely Worthless

Hello again! Does vitamin E naturally help protect against the effects of aging, or does it lead to liver damage and complications associated with lung cancer? Well, it depends on what the study authors want to tell you. The synthetic version of vitamin E is a petrochemically derived analogue of natural vitamin E that is capable of disrupting the endocrine system, whereas the natural form of vitamin E is effective against aging, oxidative stress, and hundreds of other conditions. The truth of the matter is that many — if not most — of vitamin studies are completely worthless, as they use isolated synthetic vitamins or low quality multivitamin supplements loaded with toxic fillers and synthetic ingredients.

MY KID TAKES THE BEST VITAMINS! HEY FLINTSTONE!

Hey, it's Marco! They say Flintstones vitamins are chewable. All vitamins are chewable, it's just that they taste shitty. I'm glad they made Flintstones vitamins because I used to watch The Flintstones and go, "Man I bet you if I ate that Betty, I would be healthy!"
Whatever...Giving your children a daily multivitamin is a good idea, but if you notice adverse reactions occurring after they take Flintstone vitamins, call your pediatrician. While most children will not experience any side effects fro the children's multivitamin, some children with certain conditions may develop unwanted symptoms. According to Flintstonesvitamins.com, the multivitamin contains Aspartame, artificial colors and may contain strands of gluten not to mention FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6 and FD&C blue #2 to add color to the vitamin supplement...You know, everything you need to make the perfect vitamin!

Vitamin E in the News: Separating Fact from Fiction

Hey Howdy Hey! As you may be aware, the mainstream media instigated public fear last week with misleading reports about two new studies on dietary supplements. One of the studies indicated that men who take vitamin E have a 17% increased risk of developing the prostate cancer.
Unfortunately, this widely publicized conclusion is a grossly oversimplified version of the facts, as the reports never discussed the type of vitamin E used in the study. As any serious supplement user knows, there is a major difference between the synthetic alpha tocopherol form of vitamin E used in the study and the natural form found in any high quality vitamin E supplement. Duh! As if you didn't know...
