GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"

Deep meaning to Relationships

DMT The Spirit Molecule

Beginners Chi-gong/ Energy Training

Energy training is Lightwork and can be used to create a more harmonious way of life and help eliminate illness and pains. Before anyone starts any energy work whether it be psychokinesis or simply using higher love to usher in new energies to the planet, I advice to use simple practices like tai chi/chi gong to help get your own life energy flowing. (btw...this isn't my advice, I'm learning to) M.J.

Vegan Pumpkin Protein Shake ? You Gotta be kiddin' !! (I'll have one)

This little smoothie went to the market. This little smoothie came home. So I drank it !

Okay folks, here's what you'll need:

1 cup of your favorite type of milk (i use unsweetened Silk cashew milk) because cow milk sucks..
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (Vega is pretty good, kinda pricey)
Sprout's has a good vegan protein mix as well, not pricey...
1/2 cup or more pure pumpkin (I use Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin)
1/2 TB organic cinnamon
1/2 TB pumpkin pie spice (simply organic is fine)
Splash of vanilla extract
Dash of celtic sea salt
One half frozen organic banana
Three cubes of frozen raw cream (I use Kalona super natural)

Toss it in your Ninja, blend it for 10-15 seconds and drink up !! You'll be glad you did. And don't worry about the calories, it's worth it. Just ask Santa for a jump rope...   : )

PS: You can grab a regular Ninja blender at Best Buy for $79. (on sale) I've had mine for four years. Still in great shape. Probably from making all those smoothies...
