New Year's Resolutions? Why not start NOW!

Hey! It's Marco! It takes 21 to 28 days to create a good habit! So how many of you make New Year's resolutions? Do you keep them or do you fizzle out by the end of January? Well, if you get started now, you'll have much more success than if you wait to start on day one of the new year. Don't believe me? Give it a shot! But you've got write them down and place them somewhere you'll see them daily! Put them everywhere! Carry them in your wallet or in your purse! And don't make the mistake of calling them goals. Call them promises! Promises that you make to yourself? Want to shed some fat? Start now! Want to make more money? Start now! Want to have a better relationship with your significant other? Start now! It's the start that stops most people! Find your why and then find your how! Knock out the little promises first with baby steps. Then move on to the next promise! Wow! This is so simple, I bet even I can do it! Oh, but wait...will you have obstacles? Of course. Challenges? Absolutely! Will you want to quit? You know it! Will you? Not in this lifetime! Put your body in motion and the emotion will follow! So write out your promises and get started today!
My good friend, John Chancellor says " I want to share with you some tips on how to bring about sustainable change in your life. There are five requirements before you can make and keep your New  Year's resolutions." Here they are!

1. You must truly want to change.
2. The perceived benefits of change must outweigh the cost of changing.
3. You must believe that you are capable of change.
4. You must arrange your environment to assist your change.
5. You must make the change a ritual or habit.

"Also, make sure your resolution is yours and is based on a strong desire to change! Otherwise, there's no point in making it at all." Thank you John! (www.teachthesoul.com)

Remember, whatever you want in life you can have, but know this: There are millions of people out there that want exactly what you want and they've been working at it for alot longer than you have! Think you can compete? You can...if you get started now! I know you can...but will you? Be well! Stay healthy and remember, don't count the days, make the days count!
Peace and love everyone!

What? Herbs don't work? Really?

Hey, it's Marco and yes, even yours truly gets sneezy and queezy sometimes. Such is life! Damn that Jack Daniels! I mean, uhm, stress, new baby, people, and well just me being me and living in my world! "I don always get seek, but wheen I do..." (LOL) What do I reach for? The Phone! So I can call my Doctor who will give me DRUGS! No, really, I reach for herbs! A little Olive Leaf, some Oil of Oregano, a scoop or two of of some Macro Greens with cayenne and apple cider vinegar! Some quiet time and most importantly...REST! I keep some Dandelion handy and always a great liver tonic that I purchase from the great Christopher Gussa from Plant Cures! More on him later! Herbs work! You ever try weed? That's what I thought, not that I would ever do something illegal! However, what works for me, may not work for you. However, to say that herbs will not work and are a waste of money and time is just a lie! Click below and read this information from Dr. Jonathan Wright of Harvard University. You decide! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

EMBRACING SILENCE!

Hey, it's Marco! ‘Tis the season when we really need a moment of silence. It’s also the season when we really have to work to make sure we get one. At a time we traditionally devote to loving, giving, and gratitude, the quiet and peace we need to appreciate our gifts seems all too elusive. Try to give yourself the gift of silence now and then during the holiday hubbub so you have a chance to really enjoy the experience of celebration. It’s when you merge into the silence and become one with it that you reconnect to your Source and know the peacefulness that is God. “Be still and know that I am God,” says the Old Testament. The key words are still and know. Mother Teresa described silence and its relationship to God by saying, “God is the friend of silence. See how nature—trees, grass, grow in silence; see the stars, the moon, and the sun, how they move in silence…. We need silence to be able to touch souls.”

Everything that’s created comes out of silence. Your thoughts emerge from the nothingness of silence. Your words come out of this void. Your very essence emerged from emptiness. All creativity requires some stillness. Your sense of inner peace depends on spending some of your life energy in silence to recharge your battery, remove tension and anxiety, reacquaint you with the joy of knowing God, and feel closer to all of humanity. Going into the quiet and listening will heal and inspire you. In silence, you make your personal and conscious contact with God. As Melville reminded us, “God’s one and only voice is silence.”
May the voice of silence bring you peace this holiday season. Thank you Dr. Wayne Dyer! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

COME ON! IS SUGAR REALLY "THAT" BAD?

Hey, it's Marco! Nothing like a little sweet, tasty treat this Holiday Season, right? I was just wondering...is sugar really that bad for us? Hey, click down below, it's long, however, it's worth the read! Here's to Sugar! May it save the world! EAT UP!     http://nancyappleton.com/141-reasons-sugar-ruins-your-health/

Vaccine Deaths And Injuries Skyrocket!

Dr. Suzanne Humphries writes, “It’s fall in the northern hemisphere and more than one type of darkness has set in. Vaccines are being injected at lightning speed. New vaccines, untested vaccines, double-strength flu vaccines for the over-65 group; none of which have been shown to be effective at keeping anyone healthy. The naïve are lining up at clinics, shopping malls, and retail stores. They don’t know which kind of vaccine they will receive. Which manufacturer is it? Does it have mercury? What chemicals does it contain? Why should they care? Why would they not trust their doctor (or their local pharmacist)?” Why? Why? Why? And Marco adds..."Aren't you responsible for YOUR own health?"

Hidden History of Polio Vaccine

OUCH! My arm! My arm! Was it really the vaccine, or something else?
Our government is trying to hide behind "junk science" riddled with conflict of interest. Our Institute of Medicine, the FDA and the Center for Disease Control all refuse to acknowledge the injuries caused by vaccination. The time is coming when they will not be able to deny their responsibility in the catastrophic rise in illness due to toxic vaccines. Thank Heaven, we stopped using the live polio virus vaccine in the late 1990's because it was the cause of almost all of the polio in this country since the 1980's when we began to track it! That is what my research proves! How did we get so programmed? Why are we so scared? Look at the crap we're eating, drinking and breathing! Must we depend on drugs and prescription drugs just to make it through the day? Me thinks "NOT!" Get off your arse! Eat real food (if you can find it!) Get some sunshine! Get some exercise! Kill the stress! Enjoy your life! What are you supposed to be doing with your life right now? Oh...and stop worrying about crap that's probably not going to happen! Have a nice day! I love you! Really...I do!

Broccoli – High in vitamin A and C. Low in calories. Best if eaten with proteins because the combination helps drive amino acids to the brain.

Carrots - The most neutral of all vegetables. So high in vitamin A it has been used extensively to improve eyesight and as a general body builder.

Cauliflower – A sulphur vegetable is more easily digested than cabbage, but it's high phosphorus content means it is gas – forming.

Celery – An alkaline, protective food, aids digestion, counteracts acidosis, halts fermentation and purifies the bloodstream. It can help clear up high blood pressure. One of the best foods for keeping the body well, celery can be a brain tonic, and the sodium in it will neutralize acids in the body. The leaves are rich in potassium, sodium sulphur.

Corn – one of the easiest foods to digest (raw) and one of the beast balanced starches. Yellow corn is high in magnesium, a wonderful bowel regulator, bone and muscle builder and an excellent food for brain and nervous system.

Kale – Very high in calcium, vitamin A and iron. Builds strong teeth, an is beneficial to digestive and nervous system

Red Pepper – Peppers are classified as a protective food because they contain so many elements that build up resistance. Best eaten raw, they are very high in vitamin C. they contain vitamin A, which makes our tissue more resistant, especially to colds and catarrhal infections in the respiratory organs, sinuses, ears, bladder, skin and digestive tract and Vitamin B, aids in food absorption and normalizes the brain and nervous system by increasing metabolic processes.

Seeds - Food that have seeds are the greatest foods for us. Seeds are the glands of the plant. Foods with seeds help us nourish the glands, nerves, and brain. Pumpkin seeds in the diet may actually prevent cancer in the prostate.

Snap Beans - Beans, especially green beans, are an alkaline vegetable. Beans are high in protein and essential on a vegetarian diet.

Spinach – an excellent source of vitamin C and A, and iron, contains about 40 percent potassium. It leaves an alkaline ash in the body. Good for lymphatic, urinary, and digestive systems.

Sprouts – Very high in silicon. They come from seeds that contain all the elements necessary for life, and when they first begin to sprout they are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and prostaglandins.

Squash – all squashes are low in calories, high in fiber and easily digested. Great for the eliminative system, they produce absolutely no gas in the intestinal tract. Winter squash contains more vitamin A than summer squash.

And don't forget almonds, but only if they are certified raw and organic!
And of course, meat is okay as long as it is certified grass fed and organic!
Stay healthy! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!
