WANT TO BONE UP ON CALCIUM? DRINK YOUR MILK! (At least that's what BIG Dairy wants you to believe...


Hey, it's Marco! Do cows get calcium? Sure they do! But they certainly don't get it from "milk!" Then where does it come from then?? Plants! Did you know that just about everything that grows out of the ground has calcium in it! Everything! Let's just say that you increased your intake of "live" food by 50%, as opposed to "dead" food, you would raise your calcium level intake while also lowering your calcium loss. Just something to think about...So if'n yer needin' a little more calcium in your diet, can the milk and eat more green leafy veggies! And throw in some sesame seeds too!
