USDA Certified Organic’s Dirty Little Secret!
Hey, it's Marco! Just when you thought it was SAFE to eat Organic! Help me out here! Am I becoming a fanatic? Or perhaps a little too zealous about nutrition? Why must we eat chemical soup? Drink chemical water? Breathe chemical air? Why! Why! Why! My job is to keep everyone "in the know!" Besides, my singing ain't what it used to be, and I probably wouldn't be a good actor. I'd be a darn "good looking" actor! This we can all agree on! LOL! Mom was right...I should have been a Doctor! I guess it's never too late! New Year's Resolutions? Why not start NOW!
Hey! It's Marco! It takes 21 to 28 days to create a good habit! So how many of you make New Year's resolutions? Do you keep them or do you fizzle out by the end of January? Well, if you get started now, you'll have much more success than if you wait to start on day one of the new year. Don't believe me? Give it a shot! But you've got write them down and place them somewhere you'll see them daily! Put them everywhere! Carry them in your wallet or in your purse! And don't make the mistake of calling them goals. Call them promises! Promises that you make to yourself? Want to shed some fat? Start now! Want to make more money? Start now! Want to have a better relationship with your significant other? Start now! It's the start that stops most people! Find your why and then find your how! Knock out the little promises first with baby steps. Then move on to the next promise! Wow! This is so simple, I bet even I can do it! Oh, but wait...will you have obstacles? Of course. Challenges? Absolutely! Will you want to quit? You know it! Will you? Not in this lifetime! Put your body in motion and the emotion will follow! So write out your promises and get started today!
My good friend, John Chancellor says " I want to share with you some tips on how to bring about sustainable change in your life. There are five requirements before you can make and keep your New Year's resolutions." Here they are!
1. You must truly want to change.
2. The perceived benefits of change must outweigh the cost of changing.
3. You must believe that you are capable of change.
4. You must arrange your environment to assist your change.
5. You must make the change a ritual or habit.
"Also, make sure your resolution is yours and is based on a strong desire to change! Otherwise, there's no point in making it at all." Thank you John! (www.teachthesoul.com)
Remember, whatever you want in life you can have, but know this: There are millions of people out there that want exactly what you want and they've been working at it for alot longer than you have! Think you can compete? You can...if you get started now! I know you can...but will you? Be well! Stay healthy and remember, don't count the days, make the days count!
Peace and love everyone!

What? Herbs don't work? Really?
Hey, it's Marco and yes, even yours truly gets sneezy and queezy sometimes. Such is life! Damn that Jack Daniels! I mean, uhm, stress, new baby, people, and well just me being me and living in my world! "I don always get seek, but wheen I do..." (LOL) What do I reach for? The Phone! So I can call my Doctor who will give me DRUGS! No, really, I reach for herbs! A little Olive Leaf, some Oil of Oregano, a scoop or two of of some Macro Greens with cayenne and apple cider vinegar! Some quiet time and most importantly...REST! I keep some Dandelion handy and always a great liver tonic that I purchase from the great Christopher Gussa from Plant Cures! More on him later! Herbs work! You ever try weed? That's what I thought, not that I would ever do something illegal! However, what works for me, may not work for you. However, to say that herbs will not work and are a waste of money and time is just a lie! Click below and read this information from Dr. Jonathan Wright of Harvard University. You decide! EMBRACING SILENCE!
Hey, it's Marco! ‘Tis the season when we really need a moment of silence. It’s also the season when we really have to work to make sure we get one. At a time we traditionally devote to loving, giving, and gratitude, the quiet and peace we need to appreciate our gifts seems all too elusive. Try to give yourself the gift of silence now and then during the holiday hubbub so you have a chance to really enjoy the experience of celebration. It’s when you merge into the silence and become one with it that you reconnect to your Source and know the peacefulness that is God. “Be still and know that I am God,” says the Old Testament. The key words are still and know. Mother Teresa described silence and its relationship to God by saying, “God is the friend of silence. See how nature—trees, grass, grow in silence; see the stars, the moon, and the sun, how they move in silence…. We need silence to be able to touch souls.”
Everything that’s created comes out of silence. Your thoughts emerge from the nothingness of silence. Your words come out of this void. Your very essence emerged from emptiness. All creativity requires some stillness. Your sense of inner peace depends on spending some of your life energy in silence to recharge your battery, remove tension and anxiety, reacquaint you with the joy of knowing God, and feel closer to all of humanity. Going into the quiet and listening will heal and inspire you. In silence, you make your personal and conscious contact with God. As Melville reminded us, “God’s one and only voice is silence.”
May the voice of silence bring you peace this holiday season. Thank you Dr. Wayne Dyer! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Vaccine Deaths And Injuries Skyrocket!
Dr. Suzanne Humphries writes, “It’s fall in the northern hemisphere and more than one type of darkness has set in. Vaccines are being injected at lightning speed. New vaccines, untested vaccines, double-strength flu vaccines for the over-65 group; none of which have been shown to be effective at keeping anyone healthy. The naïve are lining up at clinics, shopping malls, and retail stores. They don’t know which kind of vaccine they will receive. Which manufacturer is it? Does it have mercury? What chemicals does it contain? Why should they care? Why would they not trust their doctor (or their local pharmacist)?” Why? Why? Why? And Marco adds..."Aren't you responsible for YOUR own health?"

Hidden History of Polio Vaccine
OUCH! My arm! My arm! Was it really the vaccine, or something else?
Our government is trying to hide behind "junk science" riddled with conflict of interest. Our Institute of Medicine, the FDA and the Center for Disease Control all refuse to acknowledge the injuries caused by vaccination. The time is coming when they will not be able to deny their responsibility in the catastrophic rise in illness due to toxic vaccines. Thank Heaven, we stopped using the live polio virus vaccine in the late 1990's because it was the cause of almost all of the polio in this country since the 1980's when we began to track it! That is what my research proves! How did we get so programmed? Why are we so scared? Look at the crap we're eating, drinking and breathing! Must we depend on drugs and prescription drugs just to make it through the day? Me thinks "NOT!" Get off your arse! Eat real food (if you can find it!) Get some sunshine! Get some exercise! Kill the stress! Enjoy your life! What are you supposed to be doing with your life right now? Oh...and stop worrying about crap that's probably not going to happen! Have a nice day! I love you! Really...I do!

h1No Forced Vaccination Talking Points/h1
Hey, it's Marco! Despite frequent references to it there is in fact no such thing as “herd immunity.” If vaccines worked, the vaccinated would be at NO risk from those who choose to forgo any particular assault on their immune systems. It is not the unvaccinated who are a threat to the vaccinated, however as some of the vaccinated shed infective viral particles, it is the vaccinated who are a threat to the vaccine free! And why is it that the vaccinated children at school keep getting sick? Sore throats, flu, fever, strep throat, ear aches, chicken pox, snotty noses, diarrhea...shall I continue? Whatever! What do I know? If you can't keep your child well..and remember, don't count the days, make the days count! =)

THANKS, THAT'LL BE A $15.00, CO PAY PLEASE!
Hey, it's Marco! The feds, Big Pharma and doctors who should know better are all lining up to tell you how safe the swine flu shot is. Better make sure you get a couple this time just to be safe!!
Don’t you fall for it! Almost every day, I’m seeing new stories about misled people who roll up their sleeves for that “safe” vaccine… and then pass out, get sick or even die. Let’s get real here and look at the facts, not media hysterics. A 14-year-old athlete in Virginia can barely walk after his swine flu shot. He’s struggling with Guillain-Barre syndrome after his vaccine. A young woman in France is facing the same battle – again, right after a swine flu shot. By some estimates, there was an eight-fold increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare and debilitating autoimmune disorder that can lead to paralysis and death, after the 1976 swine flu vaccination panic .Are we facing the same thing now? It’s hard to say, but clearly something is going on with these dangerous needles. In China, two people dropped dead right after getting vaccinated. In New York, nurses gave swine flu shots to at least two kids without permission from their parents – sending one of the kids, a 6-year-old epileptic, to the hospital. And U.S. medical workers are fighting courtroom battles to protect their rights and avoid mandatory flu shots. The contradictions here are endless. On the one hand, the Centers for Disease Control has advised against testing for H1N1 flu since July .On the other, a new swine flu detection test was just given fast-track approval by the FDA. The CDC says we don’t need to count individual cases anymore… yet everywhere you turn, there are new numbers being tossed around from all directions. How do we know people are sick if we’re not counting them? Why do we need a new and unproven test for the disease if we no longer need to test for it? Now, Big Pharma is saying maybe people only need half a dose of the swine flu vaccine to get full protection… after telling some people they’d need as many as two or even three doses (Side note: I’ll bet my new skateboard you’ll pay just as much for that half a dirty dose as you do a full one) Plenty of people have already gotten that now-excessive full dose… with many children getting two shots. Does that mean they’ve gotten quadruple what they need? Yes, there’s a lot more to this picture than they’re letting any of us see… and it may be years before the truth finally comes out. You've been warned! Happy Thanksgiving and a $15.00 co pay please...And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

GRATITUDE ROCKS!
Hey, it's Marco! Did you know that people who practice daily gratitude feel better about their lives as a whole, exercise more regularly, and are more optimistic about the future? When you live your life with gratitude, it is much easier to enjoy the spirit of giving. The simple practice of giving thanks each day will help you to create a continuous cycle of positivity, happiness and health. Thanks Marco! What may I do to help create a healthier, happier and more peaceful world? How about...this month, take time to recognize the daily fortunes in your life and pay it forward. By embracing both gratitude and generosity, together we will create positive change in our own lives and throughout the world. Here are five agreements to help you along your journey:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally.
3. Don't Make Assumptions.
4. Always Do Your Best.
5. Be Skeptical, but Learn to Listen.
Want to know more?
Be Impeccable With Your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
Don't Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
Don't Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
Be Skeptical, But Learn To Listen: Understand that everyone has his or her own perspective and agenda reflected in their words. It is up to us to discern the truth behind the words, but always to be respectful of another's right to his or her views, even if we don't share them. Each of us is the artist of our own life, the director of our own play, and we can make it an adventure or a drama - heaven or hell, it's up to us. And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Hey! Call your Doctor before exercising!! Really!?

Hey! It's Marco! Did you ever notice in most health and fitness literature the disclaimer that reads something like: "Before starting any fitness program, consult your Physician?" It appears that we can be sued for trying to help someone get into shape. Give me a break! Are people so out of shape that it takes a Doctor to tell them to get off their ass and move? It's certainly okay for me to invite someone over to watch the game and offer them alcohol, chips and dip, donuts, pizza with greasy sausage, unhealthy pizza crust and bottom of the barrel cheese! Oh! And let's wash it down with some diet soda. But let me show someone how to do a push up and have them get hurt (idiots) and it's perfectly alright for them to sue me. Why can't we sue someone for helping us have a heart attack? Well, let me give you two secret weapons that will help you get in shape and get healthy! And no one can sue me for having you enjoy these things...Attitude and Determination! Having a great attitude will allow you to see the good in everything and be thankful for it! Determination will get you through all the BS! (Belief Systems) Determination will get you through the hard times! You deserve to have a great life and excellent health! What are you going to do about it? Don't tell me, show me and I'll know just how serious you are! From this moment on, never say "I have got to go workout." Say this instead..."I get to go workout!" Turn your "I gots" into "I get." Feel the difference? Great! Now GO...BE...DO! You were born perfect! Stop destroying it! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

What else can we do with Pumpkin??

Hey, it's Marco! This Halloween, scrap the jack-o'-lanterns and save your tricks for the kitchen! The sweet, fibrous flesh of autumn pumpkins begs to be roasted, steamed, mashed, and stewed! (Or you can always have one of my favorites, the old "pumpkin toss!) Just don't hurt anyone! Nutritionally speaking, they're hard to beat, topping the list of super foods with plenty of protein, fiber, vitamin C, potassium and beta-carotene. Plus, they're low in calories! and did i mention they are LOW in calories...(just 49 per cup!) Ooh! That's low! Pumpkins are the perfect anchor for any vegetarian meal or they can be used for a great side dish! Just don't eat them with meat! Pumpkin and steak? Er, I'm not buyin' it! And the two really wouldn't digest that well together anyway. Oh! And given that pumpkins have such a tough outer shell means that they'll stay fresh for months! So go ahead and carve away but please save a couple and eat em! And they're really great with sea salt! You ever have a pumpkin, banana protein shake? Yummy! Don't count the days, make the days count!

This just in! "DO IT YOURSELF FLU SHOTS!" Yippieeeee!
Hey! it's Marco! There's no such thing as a safe and effective flu shot... but that hasn't stopped researchers from trying to find new ways to give it to more people just the same. Now, they're working on poison in a patch -- a flu shot you can slap on yourself, no doctor or nurse necessary. I can picture the public service announcements now: GO STICK YOURSELF! Instead of the usual hypodermic needle, the flu patch described in Clinical and Vaccine Immunology is delivered via 100 tiny microneedles that dissolve as the vaccine enters your body. In a study on mice, researchers say their new patch gave the rodents flu "immunity" on par with -- or better than -- the traditional vaccine injection.
Talk about setting the bar low -- the flu shot itself is only barely effective in the best of times, and completely ineffective the rest of the time. I wouldn't brag about matching that.
The researchers say their do-it-yourself vaccinations will bring the shot to more people by doing away with the worst part of the experience: the needle.
But who are they kidding? The worst part of the shot isn't the sting of the needle -- it's what's inside it, because these vaccinations can leave you in a world of hurt whether you feel that prick or not.
Ordinary flu shots come with a risk of fever, rash, hives and seizures. What's more, most of them contain the dangerous toxin mercury. Yes! Mercury is still in the flu shot!
If that's not bad enough, all you need to do is look at what happened during last year's mass public health experiment: Patients given the swine flu vaccine passed out, got sick and even dropped dead.
And in addition to all the usual flu shot risks, the new patch comes with a bonus: The microneedles are made of polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone, or PVP. An allergic reaction to PVP can lead to anaphylactic shock.
So whether it's delivered in a needle, patch, bubble gum or kick to the head, do yourself a favor -- and skip the vaccine. Vitamin D-3 is so much better for ya! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Six Benefits of coconut milk. Yummy!
Hey, it's Marco! Here are the 6 Nutritional Values of Coconut Milk! Okay...7!
- It is good for the health of your skin and hair. It is widely used as a base in many cosmetic applications and products like hair oil and skin moisturizers. It is an excellent hydrant.
- It is rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants help the body to hold against ageing, sagging of the skin, poor vision and low bone density.

Big Pharma saved my life! Thank you Jesus!
Hey, it's Marco! I take aspirin for the headaches caused by the Zyrtec I take for the hay fever I got from taking Relenza for the uneasy stomach, from the Ritalin I take for the short attention span caused by the Scopederm Ts I take for motion sickness which I got from the Lomotil for the diarrhea caused by Zenikal for the weight gain. Taking Paxil for anxiety from the Zocor I take for high cholesterol because exercise, regular Chiropractic care and a good diet are just too much trouble! Now, I'm off to get a Flu shot! See! It's easy to stay healthy with drugs! PS...thinking about adding a few more because my liver is shutting down! Wonder what kind of drugs, my doctor has for that? Still can't sleep! What's that? Ambien? Guess I'll have a few of those with a couple of beers to keep my happy because of the suicidal thoughts! And remember, don't count the days, I may not have many left!

The Battle for your Body! They want you SICK!
Hey! It's Marco! I'm reading that the US is the richest and healthiest nation on the planet! We've knocked out diseases, made big strides in nutrition and we're all living longer! Really? Did you know 1000 people on average die daily from heart disease? And if you do make it to your golden years, you'll spend it with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's or some form of cancer! Can't wait to get older huh? We all know smoking is for idiots, but what about today's Standard American Diet! Fake food, genetically modified food and fast food! Big business wants you addicted to their crap, that's why they make it so tasty! Ice cream, cookies, potato chips, hot dogs, Jell-O, crackers, soda...You know, the garbage you had for lunch! Subway, McDonald's, Taco Bell. What are they putting in the food? Diseased chicken? Rotten Beef? Add way too much salt to make that much tastier and "Bam!" You're hooked! Then right after lunch, better have your 5-Hour energy that's full of chemicals (Sucralose/Spenda) and synthetic vitamins to give you a boost! Got Starbucks? Where's my Red Bull? Before you know it, you wake up with pain, or worse yet you couldn't sleep. It's not my diet, I'm just getting older, right? Better call your Doctor and get on those prescription drugs to make the pain go away, and more drugs to get to sleep, and more drugs for your acid reflux, and more drugs for stress, energy, and guys...that Erectile Dysfunction problem you've been having! We've become overfed and under malnourished! Donuts, chips and M&M's aren't real food! Neither is that fake crap you buy in the box! And folks are feeding this junk to their kids! Back when I was a child, the small soda was only 8 ounces! Now the small is 16! Look around! How many people do you know that are healthy and in shape? Or have energy?? Most of the guys my age, need bra's! And their wives butt's are so big that...Take your health back! Eat real food! Drink fresh water, have some fruit and veggies this month! Learn to breathe! Go for a run, or a walk! And if you have to consult with your Doctor before starting a nutrition and exercise plan, you may want to go ahead and order that casket! It's your life...do what you want! But I promise, you'll enjoy life so much better when you're happy, healthy, vibrant and full of energy! Absolutely, positively, guaranteed! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

Yes! It's okay to EAT for pleasure! =)
Hey! It's Marco! The idea that you should not enjoy eating -- that you should somehow find a way to eat that doesn't feel good is absolutely ridiculous.
I can't help but laugh when I hear these so-called "nutrition experts" insist, "Food should be used only as fuel for the body. That's silly and it's not realistic.
I wholeheartedly believe that you should enjoy food, and it should be a pure pleasure. There's absolutely no reason you shouldn't look forward to your meals and count on them to help you feel good. A delicious dinner can settle your nerves after a hectic day. A great breakfast can lift your mood and help you get ready to take on the day ahead. And a sweet, satisfying dessert can put a smile on your face. It does mine! (And you don't have to eat it all...)
There's really no reason not to honor the tradition of making food a part of the process of celebrating holidays, birthdays and special occasions as well. I think it's perfectly fine to reach for a bowl of chicken soup when your body's aching and you're feeling under the weather too.
Eat for Life, eat for nutrition, eat for health and eat for enjoyment. You'll certainly feel and look better as well! Make sure you're getting plenty of fruits and veggies. Make sure you're getting plenty of water! I'm using EVOLV Water! (More on that later...) Great nutrition will keep your body in motion! And a body in motion tends to stay in motion! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!

I JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!
Hey! It's Marco! Want to be better? I have two words for you. "Do, Have." Not Have, Do. Think about it...If you wait until you have the feeling to do the thing, you'll never get it done. So...Do the thing, then you'll have the feeling. Never wait for the feeling to do the thing! "I just don't feel like it," is a losing philosophy! Remember, it's the start that stops most people! You want to exercise, but just don't feel like it? Go anyway! Here's my rule. Go do the thing for 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you still don't feel like exercising, go home. But guess what! I bet after 15 minutes, you'll be energized and want to keep on going! You see, your actions will change your attitude, your motions will change your emotions, and your movements will change your mood! See how easy that is! Love that! Have an awesome day! And remember, don't count the days, make the days count!
