Hey, it's Marco! "You are what you eat!" is what I've been told for many, many years, however, I believe that you are not what you eat...you are what you believe about what you eat! Give that some thought!
And eat some real food! And remember, no matter how healthy or unhealthy you are, stress, will eventually bring you down! You know the rest: Don't count the days, make the days count!
