Hey,it's Marco! This past year, I've been eating more and more raw food! Why? Science proves that cooking our food not only destroys the nutrition and enzymes, but also chemically changes our food from the substances we need for health into free-radicals and poisons that eventually destroy our health. Ok, I'm not 100% raw, however, a large portion of our diet consist of Veggies, fruits, raw meat! (Just kidding!) Seriously, try it for a while! You're gonna look and feel better and have tons of energy! Absolutely, positively, guaranteed! And you may want to kick the microwave habit!
