Da Propa way to beeyuld yoo Biceps!



Absolutely love this guy! The proper way to do bicep curls!
I know you've seen the oversized idiots in the gym grunting and lifting way too much weight!
Slow down! Four seconds up, and four seconds down! That's my rule!
And remember, you don't have to have a gym membership to get in an excellent workout!
Don't count the days...make the days count!
