TEN COMMANDMENTS OF NUTRITION!



Hey, it's Marco! Most of us have heard the quote "it's 80% diet and
20% workout". For the most part, this cheesy quote
holds true... Nutrition IS important, and it's even more important
than most of us even realize.
The human body is a brilliant machine, and we are
still trying to figure out what to put into it to
get it to function at its peak...and almost every day,
science presents us with new information that
challenges the old ways of thinking...
However, even with the countless theories swirling
around the internet these days (which can be confusing),
the basic fundamentals usually always remain the same.
