Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. In Training!


Hey! It's Marco! Now that the staph infection is gone (Didn't see that one coming!) I'll be in the gym and on the track for the next few weeks! I'll be back soon! Writing more of my own stuff by the way... Until then,
