GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"

RAW ICE CREAM WITH HONEY AND BLUEBERRIES!

Hey, it's Marco! Shut up and have some REAL ice cream! In the spring and summer months, when cows are grazing on fresh, green grass, raw ice cream is a staple in my belly! Unlike the crappy, garbage one buys from from the supermarket, this ice cream is milder in is sweetness which allows you to more fully appreciate the flavor of fresh, raw cream and milk. Ok, I use almond milk, because raw milk, while I can handle a gallon or two a year, still gives me the heeby geebies! But dude, I can spit about a mile after a glass! But that's kinda gross...

To make a quart or so of this honey and blackberry, raw milk ice cream, you'll need:

3 Cups Fresh, Raw Cream from Grass-fed Cows (Pain in the arse to find, but just do it!) Oh..Kinda pricey... $$
1 Cup Fresh, Raw Whole Milk from Grass-fed Cows (Yeah, this stuff is about $6.00/gallon)
½ Cup Raw Wildflower Honey (Local if possible)
4 Egg Yolks from Pastured Hens (Try "Vital Farms" outta Austin, Tx) -------> Or Whole Foods...
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries (You know the deal... Organic!) Or blackberries, strawberries...

Instructions:

Mix cream and milk together.
Rapidly whisk in the honey and continue to whisk until the honey is fully incorporated. (That means all mixed together btw...) Just trying to sound important...
Whisk in egg yolks and continue mixing until the entire mixture is, well, until your arm hurts...
Pour mixture into your ice cream maker. You've got an ice cream maker right?
Add berries.
Mix according to your ice cream maker’s instructions.
Place in freezer till frozen. That's it...

And then sell it to your neighbors for some ca$h! Kids gotta go to college...
