It’s come to the point that grocery stores need to start handing out dictionaries that educate consumers on all the different labels on food. Organic, 100% Organic, Certified Organic, Natural, and Conventional. And if that doesn’t confuse things enough, go grab some fruits and vegetables, and decipher the 4 and 5 digit codes on the stickers to see what type of produce you’re getting. What’s the difference between Organic and Natural, and how do we know as the consumer, if our fruits and vegetables have been genetically modified or not? Hopefully I’ll clarify a few things since the food industry is playing many of you as a bunch of fools...
Confused yet?
