77 Year Old Body Builder! Wow! Vegan too...
Professional bodybuilder Jim Morris has the ripped-to-shreds physique that few men of any age can achieve, let alone a senior citizen. But Morris, 77, is proof that exercise and eating well are indeed the keys to the fountain of youth.
