5 QUICK TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY!




Tip #1- Exercise Regularly. This will increase oxygen flow to the brain and protect brain cells.

Tip #2- Pay Attention More. Not paying attention is the most common reason for not remembering names, losing your keys, etc.

Tip #3- Eat Healthier. Our brains require proper nutrition for optimized brain and memory function.

Tip #4- Use Repetition. Repeat to yourself important ideas and concepts, names, and anything else you want to remember.

Tip #5- Play Memory Games. Playing memory games is a simple yet effective way to improve memory.

Oh yeah, almost forgot... hee hee! Tip #6- Practice, practice, and more practice!
