EAT MORE SWEET POTATOES?

Hey, it's Marco! Did you know that raw foods are much, much healthier than cooked foods? (Don't always taste better... Ever had a raw burger? Didn't think so!) Raw foods contain all live enzymes, amino acids, vitamins and minerals! Cooking your food destroys these precious gems! Except of course when you lightly steam them... This is a primary reason that Americans experience a weakened immune system and are seriously deficient in minerals! (No enzymes and cooking at over 118 degrees)
So whadda ya gonna doaboutit? Eat more raw foods! Or steam somethin'! Get a juicer! Borrow the ca$h from one of your friends! Hey, it's for your health! And don't forget to share!

What's this and what does it look like? Hmm. Sliced carrot? An eyeball? The pupil, iris and radiating eye look just like an eyeball! Ok, an orange, alien eyeball, but still, pretend with me! And yes, science now proves that carrots greatly enhance blood flow and function to the eyes! Nice! Eat your carrots. Mom was right...

Yes, that's a tomato. It has four chambers and is red. Your heart has four chambers and is red. Haven't seen one in person, but this is what I learned in school. (A long time ago...)  Research proves that tomatoes are wonderful for the heart. got lycopene? Well, I'm really on the fence about lycopene, but if you believe it works, then it will probably work for you! Read "Wishes Fulfilled" by Dr. Wayne Dyer!
Great Book btw...

Grapes hang in a cluster that resembles the shape of the heart. The stronger the color of the grape is, the higher the concentration of phytonutrients. Research shows that grapes prevent heart disease and reduce platelet clumping and harmful blood clots. Grapes are good vitalizing foods! Remember, having energy is the secret to a much better life! (Money helps too...)

A walnut looks like a little brain with a left and right hemisphere and upper and lower cerebrums. Walnuts mimick the wrinkles and folds of the neocortex. Research suggests that walnuts may reduce the risk or delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. The high concentration of omega-3 fats in walnuts promotes healthy brain function. And they're darn good in a peanut butter, banana protein shake! Come on over! I'll make you one!

Kidney Beans, true to their name are shaped liked kidneys. They contain both saturated and unsaturated fats, they are a great source of protein and have only moderate calories. They also contain fiber which will keep your colon and digestion tract healthy. They're also great when mixed with brown rice.

Avocados! My favorite! Way too many benefits to list here! But I will tell you this... Avocados were used by the Aztecs as a sex stimulant and the Aztec name for avocado was ahuacatl, meaning “testicle”. An extract of avocado impedes the growth of both androgen-dependent and androgen-independent prostate cancer cells. Try one today in a blender with some coconut butter, blueberry and banana!

Figs have a rich history and often been referred to as a sexual food, this is partly symbolic due to the appearance of the fruit. Figs are loaded with seeds and when halved, many note a resemblance to female genitalia. The Hindu name for fig is anjeer and research has shown that anjeer is helpful for sexual weakness. Figs have also been mentioned as a source helpful for male fertility and motility.

sliced-onion

Sliced Onions resemble skin cells and contain quercetin. Studies have shown when treated with a combination of quercetin and ultrasound at 20 kHz for 1-minute duration, skin and prostate cancers show a 90% mortality within 48 hours with no visible mortality of normal cells.

Oranges, Grapefruits and other Citrus fruits have been compared to the appearance of female mammary glands. These fruits contain nutrients that are helpful in the fight against breast cancer.

organic-celery
Celery has a bone like appearance and is rich in silicon and Vitamin K, which are indeed needed for healthy joints and bones.

Sweet Potatoes resemble the pancreas (Or if you look sideways, the image above could be my Step Mother's butt! Please, a moment of silence for my Pops! Poor guy...) and have a low glycemic index count, which is beneficial for diabetics. And besides, sweet potatoes make darn good french fries! Just don't fry them! Bake em with a little Celtic Sea Salt!
