Five Tibetans Rites

Hey, it's Marco! Here's a quick sample of five outstanding exercises that anyone can do! I love doing these first thing in the morning! Take your time if you're just starting out! And if you feel that you must contact your Physician before starting an exercise program, then you really need to get up off your ass! Remember, it's the start that stops most people!
