Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. NINE RULES FOR PROPER FOOD COMBINING

Hey, it's Marco! What do you get when you eat your meat with your rice. Tell me! GAS! Sometimes AWFUL and nasty smelling gas, right? Gas is indigestion. Undigested foods are what cause gas. Indigestion does not mean you have a stomach ache, it means something did not completely digest. What does this mean? You're deteriorating inside! Taking digestive enzymes with your meals is like admitting you are doing something wrong, but you're not certain. Carbs require different enzymes than protein. Look up alpha amylase, sucrase, etc. which all break down carbs, then look into the various peptidases for protein like trypsin and chymotripsin and discover the truth for yourself! Ask any knowledgeable doctor that understands nutrition. They should at least be able to confirm this...if they can't, they obviously do not understand nutrition and digestion! PS! If you want to avoid constipation, DON'T SKIP MEALS! I'll get into this a little later. Some of us folks have to work you know...and mow the grass, and take care of children...
