Flu Vaccines A Dangerous Waste Of Time

It's that time again! Get your flu shot!! Signs are popping up everywhere! Let me give you my ABBREVIATED version of how we "may" get the flu:

It's going to get colder outside, so we'll all bundle ourselves up. You know, wouldn't want to catch a cold! Halloween is coming and what will the kids be eating? Candy! And lots of it! Sugar, high fructose corn syrup, chemicals, artificial flavors and dyes and oh yeah, artificial sweeteners. Add more soda, fake foods and snacks...Thanksgiving is coming and we'll all overeat until the fat lady sings! Once we're so stuffed that we're ready to puke, Grandma offers some coffee and ice cream, and we'll pass out on the couch watching TV. Come on, everyone puts on a little extra weight this time of year, right...besides, Christmas is coming and we'll do it all over again! Combine this with the Christmas parties, poor digestion, lack of proper nutrition, the stress of family and shopping and of course no time for exercise or cleansing...But wait, what happens New year's eve? Everyone gets toasted on alcohol! Hmm, when does the flu season hit? Here is Texas, it's usually right around the Holiday season! Damn that flu bug! Sure did get me! It's your lifestyle people, not some crazy flu bug that just happens to be a bird, or a  swine...
