GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"
Peace/Love and Hugs!

Protect Your Colon!

Thank you Dr. Edward Group!

Hey, it's Marco! If you're thinking of starting a colon cleanse, (Now would be a great time to start!) here's a nice little drink that you may drink before, during and after your cleanse.

1. Begin with one gallon of distilled water.
2. Pour out about four ounces of the gallon so you have room to mix in the other ingredients.
3. Add three tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar (Bragg's) to the gallon of water and shake well. If you find that the vinegar taste is too strong, you can reduce the three tablespoons to two tablespoons until you get used to the taste.
4. Add two ounces of organic aloe vera juice (it can be purchased at your local health food store).
5. Add the juice of half an organic lemon.
6. Mix well and store in the fridge! Be sure to use a glass container!

Why Distilled water? Distilled water works beautifully to help detoxify the body. However, don't drink distilled water often as it may cause a mineral depletion, therefore, by adding apple cider vinegar, you'll replace essential minerals normally absent. Obekaybee?
Why apple cider vinegar?  ACV is one of nature's most potent detoxifiers. It will combat a wide variety of negative health conditions plus it contains fibrous pectin or the "veil of the mother!" Only use Bragg or Spectrum ACV! The commercial crap is garbage!
Why aloe vera juice? It's just good for you, okay and it aids the bowel in flushing out accumulated waste and toxic debris...
Have an great weekend! (I'll be working...)
