Hey, it's Marco! Personally, I never use them or energy drinks. I make my own!
Energy drinks are meant to be used to supply mental and physical stimulation for a set amount of time and are mainly used during periods of strenuous physical activity and to quench thirst. Unfortunately, energy drinks do not hydrate the body and often lead to dehydration...Wanna try mine? Here's how:
8-12 ounces of good, clean water. (I use Rain Fresh Water)(Also have a whole house filtration system)
One or Two packets of Emergen-C Electro Mix
Two capfuls of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
One packet of Stevia
Add some lemon and lime and raw unfiltered honey, then drink up!
I also use a dash of cayenne pepper! And a dash of Celtic Sea Salt
And there's tons of other stuff you can use, so play with the recipe! Try it with 500mg of Niacin for an extra kick!
