Here's a great morning drink recipe to get the body movin'!
12 ounces of good clean water. (I use Rainfresh)
Two capfuls of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
One scoop of Macro Greens (http://www.macrogreens.com/)
One packet of Emergen-C Vitamin C mix or brand of your choice
5 drops of liquid vitamin D-3 (at least 2000 IU)
Half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Sweeten with stevia, zylitol or organic maple syrup
Drink up! And if you really want to feel the burn, add 500 mg of Niacin and a scoop of MRM Protein powder!
Who needs coffee!!
