GoBeDo

Thank you so much for stopping by! Time appears to be flying by way too fast and I'm looking to do something exciting with the rest of my life. I'll be starting an online fitness business called "GoBeDo" sometime this year. Be sure and check in. You'll learn about High Interval Training, Yoga, Body weight exercise, Spartan races, Functional training and whole lot more. Real $hit, for Old Timers like me. Why? We only have one shot at a grandiose and fulfilling life. Let's get busy creating one. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. The last thing I want to take to my grave is "regret!"
Peace/Love and Hugs!

HAVING TURKEY THIS THANKSGIVING?

Turkeys know what's going on and can communicate it in their world, in their language. I'm not trying to give them human characteristics, as they are not humans, they're turkeys. Did you know that turkeys can fly? Turkeys used to be raised out on the fields by the millions in America on farms for hundreds of years. These were the turkeys that people ate "back in the good ole days!" Move forward to present day... Not a single turkey you can buy in the supermarket could walk normally, much less jump or fly. Did you know that? They can't even have sex! Not the anti-biotic free, or organic, or free range, or anything! They all have the same foolish genetics, and their bodies won't allow for it anymore. Every turkey in every store is the product of artificial insemination. Those old turkeys could survive in cold weather and would still have their toenails, their beaks, and their wings! Today's modern industrial turkey is a mess! Most everything is cut off, they're full of anti-biotics and other drugs such as vaccines. Here's what sucks! The turkey industry has figured out that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit. Sick animals are more profitable! I won't even get into the bio-security at the turkey factories! Try and visit an industrial turkey factory! Just follow your nose! You smell it a mile away before you get there! Why? The incinerators! They have to have something to burn all the turkeys that die every day in transport, by suffocation or are just DOA! (Dead on arrival) And what happens when we eat these birds? Add in all the fake foods, tainted meats and additives... I could go on for hours, but you get the picture... Oh, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving this month! And remember, it's not about the food, it's about the memories! I miss my children...
