
Hey, it's Marco! Irregular Training is the way to your physical desires. You must remember that your muscles quickly become accustomed to a steady routine with the same weights. You must jolt them out of their familiar rut; which is done with "IRREGULAR TRAINING." So says Mr. Kubik! Ok! I'm in! Just as soon as I finish this pizza, I'll get started! And yes, it's a homemade veggie pizza with made with real bread and some good ole raw cheese! No one makes sauce as well as I do! (Okay...so I bought the sauce from Goodfellas!)
