
Hey, it's Marco! Here's the deal! Starting in the morning, have nothing but organic fruit and/or organic home made fruit juice until noon! (None of that store bought crap that's been pasteurized!) Eat as much as you want, no limits, have a little water if you want. Try it for seven days. One week. It'll take a little getting used to, but believe me, just do it.
